RCE and Perplex

If V Firelord has RCE can a Con Artist use Perplex on Firelord to increase his damage to 4 and then he uses RCE to make his damage to 6?

Nope RCE and CCE can not be used with any power. Now you could affect the target with a power as long as its not from the person with RCE. Example Superman Enemy using outwit.

No, RCE can't be used with ANY super powers...you can't perplex up your damage, attack, or anything else. As soon as you do, RCE turns off. The only way Perplex can help a RCE character is to perplex down the target of the blast.

And off subject slightly, but you can't use Willpower with RCE either. You can use Willpower to not take push damage, but RCE is turned off if you do. You can do the 2 extra RCE damage and take the push...the choice is yours.
