what exactly is the difference between these two politics wise? both believe in a superior race and survival of the fittest, both believe they are the strongest and most able to lead it... other than difference of powers, they are almost the same?!
so someone explain these redundant characters to me please...

mags just hates humans and believes that all mutants are the superior race
apoc doesnt really care if they are human mutant or otherwise hes just out to rid the world of the weak

Apocolypse is basically the epitomization of the Darwinian ideal. Survival of the fitest, and he is the fitest. He doesn't really care who that is, other than that those who are less fit should die and be replaced by the strong. Notice, if you will, that several of those chosen to be his Hoursemen were not "Mutants" per se (like the Hulk).
Magneto is a survivor of Auschwitz who believes that humanity will attempt to enslave, overthrough and kill off all of mutantkind. Rather than let that happen, he seeks to take Homo Superior (Mutants) to lead all of mankind, and to place humanity in the subservient position.
The third character who has similar motives would be the High Evolutionary, who wants mankind to move on to their ultimate state of Evolution. He doesn't neccessairly care if it is he who leads mankind to this state or not, he just believes that it's time.
So, there's some pretty serious philisophical differences between all three.
