Need to know about Enhancement and Perplex

With all the new pieces coming out in Xplosion with Enhancement and Xplosion, me and my friends ran into some problems. Can you use Enhancement(s) on a piece and use Perplex at th same time?

Can you use Enhancement that's in base to base with a character, even if they are in Combat themselves?

Can you perplex/enhance EE, RCE, Running Shot, or Multiple shots?

If there are any other complication's you guys have had, let me know, I'm always up for knowing what happens. :D

supposed to be Enhancement and Perplex, lol, not Enhancement and Xplosion.

Enhancement will ONLY work on Ranged Attacks.

Enhancement will work with EE, PW, and Multi targets. But will not work with RCE.

Perplex can be used with EE, PW, and Multi targets, BUT the damage will STILL be reduced to 1 so there is NO reason to do it.
