Illustrator Dials

There is a template for making dials in Adobe Illustrator. I got it from a friend so I don't know where it came from. However, I was wondering if anyone had seen one that works for larger figures, like the sentinel, sinestro, or cannons from Mageknight. If you do, please provide a link for me.
