The thing is you have white queen use her psychic blast after its been enhanced by psylocke and perplexed twice by beast and gambit for 5 dmg!!!! yeeeehawww or you perplex nightcrawlers dmg up to 4 and smack and run the medic slaughtering him :)

A favorite 600-point "X-Men" keyword team of mine is the line-up from Secret Wars:

(M&M) Professor X
(M&M) SR Storm
Vet (FF) Rogue
U (Sin) Wolverine
DR Colossus
V (FF) Nightcrawler
FC (M&M) Cyclops


Colossus, Wolverine and Rogue are all GREAT close-combat pieces.

Storm, Cyclops and Professor X are strong mobile-ranged attackers, and none is bad in close combat.

Nightcrawler is a very capable mobile harasser, and can soak up outwit or provide clicks of healing.

With Professor X to provide some "Cerebro" support, the team can be very frightening against other pure theme teams.

BTW, I think there may even be room for Lockheed the BST on that team!

Given that X-Men comics are still strong in the market and we've had so many sets in the intervening five years it doesn't seem like a bad thread to bring up. If anything I'm surprised there haven't been more people jumping in with teams... not that I have one handy to offer. :)

Working with 600 points one should be able to build an impressive X-Men team with what's out there, though as we've gotten newer versions of main characters it's getting more difficult to put together some of the classic teams (outside of rookie ones) without having to resort to even higher builds.
