How do you change flight modes?

How many times are you allowed to do that in a move?

Can an elevated fig carry a fig and change flight modes?

You can go from hovering to soaring by subtracting one from your movement to adjust for the "upward" or "downward" movement, whichever the case may be.

You can do it as often as you'd like, but i imagine you'd only want to do it a maximum of twice, otherwise you're wasting movement.

And yes, you can pick some one up, soar... move, go back to hovering and drop them off... but you cant end your movement while soaring if you are carrying someone.
