So I bought a couple of boosters to hold me over till my case comes. I pulled a R Iceman base yup you heard me just the base. I say to myself no biggy It's just a rare 1. A week latter still no case. So I buy five more boosters. I pull two E Ironman bases. But wait whats this why do they look just like his arch enemy? My point you ask out of seven boosters I pulled three flyers thats it. All of which where messed up. I've heard of this kind of thing happening before. Now I guess I would like to know how you intend to make it right. If you expect me to continue to buy any of your future products.

send them in to wizkids with the figures you want and two weeks you should get them as lond as they not opened

Yeah, Whiz Kids is really good about replacing things like that. I have pulled three figures that were broke in the package. I just recently sent all three off for replacement. Got them back in less then 4 days. Then again, I live in the same city as where you have to send them for replacement, but still should be fast.

I had the same thing happen with a Rookie Human Torch. I got just the base, so I sent it to Wizkids via the return info listed on their website and tada! A brand new Rookie Human Torch! I wouldn't be too upset if I were you, mistakes happen. Plus Wizkids has been VERY good, ... no VERY AWESOME about replacing broken pieces. So far not even a single question asked and I've sent back about 35 pieces or so total from all sets. Some were broken off the base, others nothing more than a broken gun, or the top of Robin's pole (stick, whatever it is). I do sympathize with the trouble of having to send the piece(s) back, but at least the problem should get solved (usually with an apology too) :) Hope this helps and/or makes you feel a little better. Thanks guys I just bought three more boosters today and pulled an IronMan in all three go fig.

Hey folks,

When I get broken figures (or with missing parts) I usually don't care...

Unless they are Rarity 5 or Uniques...

I'm annoyed, but I didn't think they'd really do anything about it...

But these stories give me hope!!

I'm gonna send back 3 Uniques;

Cyclops (broken ankle... I'm affraid to touch him!)
Spiral (only 5 arms...does that mean subtract 1 from her BCF roll?)
Xplosion Spidey (NO HEAD, busted off in the package, but can't find it!)

(I don't think I'll bother with my lesser broken figs)

I'll keep the group posted with my results!

I pulled a Unique Elektra with no numbers in the Damage section. What are my options?

throw her against the wall ... run her over with a car.. send her back to wizkids and tell them you want her numbers...

they have an address on their website to send in figures for repair or basically u get a new one

hehe no prob anyway the address is in oneof these threads also they'll have a new figure out to ya in about two weeks or less they are good that way
