Tourney tomorrow need rate with 200 pts team

Well tomorrow will be my very first tourney and hope I can altleast get to the top 5 or 3 here goes

now the plan is to use the doombots free move with the avengers team ability and taxiing Doc Ock and Bullseye close to the ennemies. Doc Ock is to positioned close enough to the horde of the ennemy and atk while Bullseye will be close to the medic(s) and support and will take em out asap. On the second turn willpower Doc Ock so he can atk again and have a Doombot stick by him just in case he needs to go back to be healed while black panther moves close to Doc Oct
so he can outwit any annoying powers.
The ony problem that I can think of is Nightcrawler since this team relies on the medic alot and he can easily KO the Paramedic.
Does anybody have plans to take him out? So what do you guys think?

I'm not sure how many people would bring Nightcrawler at 83 points to a 200-pt tourney. If it happens, KO the rest of the force while 'Crawler is going for your 'medic.

Not a lot of damage potential and you don't have anyone that can soak up any serious damage. Invulnerability will take your damage output down to a crawl.

Also you might do better if you get someone who can actually use the perplex on turns where ock is not attacking. (bullseye can't use the perplex.)

Plus your plan of putting bullseye close to someone is probably not smart. Keep him at range if at all possible.

Doc Ock doesn't interact well with Bullseye (RCE). This looks a lot like Rex's team (won several conventions). Good variety of SA's and taxis. If you can handle the peer pressure, use Firelord over Doc Ock and you could win the tournament.

you shpuld not be able to use two Exp. Doombot, replace one with Exp. Quicksilver and a Con Artist.

the more you get the feel for creating teams sure what we tell ya can help but stradegy is what you need to have to win so try in your head to picture what you can do with your teams thats how i helped ya with that one team gl in your tourney

remember you cant perplex up rce or cce damage but you can perplex down your opp defense

free moves are your friend and free move for a taxie is even better cause ya can get a first move attack in

thread is called stradegy and tactics that thread helped me so much to win my first tourney i lost my first 2 tourneys real bad it was pathetic id win the first or even the 2nd match but i got wipped out so bad its funny nowbut i learned from it and have gotten better from it i went home and replayed each match in my room and learned from it if ya win great if ya lose learn from it and next time ya next time you'll be better for it but check out that forrum it helped me and can help you

I like this team better. You can't perplex RCE anyway. i would consider swapping 1 or 2 Exp Wasps for the Exp Doombots, b/c of the better movement. Plus you are only using the MOD team ability for free move.

hey thanks guys for all your psots;) I didn't win first but I almost won the fellowshipn prize but since this other guy was tied for fellowship so we just decided to roll the dice and who had the highest number would win he got 6 and I got 5 :p but doesn't matter he bought me a booster and I got Phoenix (wooooot)

well i got a e-mail from the guys that won the tourney and they are asking me to participate this other tourney so I modified my team to try to beat em.

Two medics? You paranoid? I think having two medics negates any advantage the Paramedic would give. If you can, I'd upgrade BP to E and drop a medic.
