View Full Version : Who would win?, V Captain America or Nick Fury!
I just thought this would be a interesting match, thier the same point value (62), have the same range (six), and both do the same damage(2)!
Nick Fury has stealth, but captain america has a 19 defence agaist ranged attacks!
Captain America aslo has free movement,!
Captain would have to role a six to hit nick, where as Nick will have to get a 9 (range combat) or a 7 (close combat),
So who would win?
Oh cap all the way he has charge smack nick for 2 game over.
me being biased towards cap has nothing to do with it.

I think it would be pretty fair. I think the captin has a slight edge though.:ermm:

In the comics, Cap would moidalize Nick. In HC, it all depends on who gets the first hit in, and w/ Cap having Charge, it'll probably be him. I say Cap takes it rather easily.

The thing is, one on one, the Shield ability is completely useless. Nick Furry is a fig made for a team battle. Having him fight alone is like piting Batman vs. Daredevil on a map without hindering terrain. It's slanted in favor of one over the other, thus unfair.
To solve this delimma, just play it out with your clix a few times, and the guy that wins most on average is it. To solvie it via comics, look to the Steranko run on Nick Fury: Agent of Sheild. Cap and Fury do the man-dance, but Cap eventually come out on top.
Cap has the upper hand on Nick. Physically, Cap is stronger, but Nick has more combat experience. What gives Cap the real upper hand though, is the fact that even during the fight, he's got a few dozen plans running through his head, and he'll eventually out-think Fury. Cap may not seem like a quick guy, but he's the greatest strategician to ever live.

captain america. he can hold his own.
Nick Fury needs his SHIELD troops to really shine.

Is there a version of Daredevil that could stand up against Batman? I looked and didn't see it...

Guess what.... Cap's Avenger ability is also useless in a 1-1 game.
In fact, with the exception of the Skrulls, all of the Marvel Team abilities are useless in a 1-1 fight. Many of the DC abilities would be very useful, though.
