We need a good Batman themed set!

I realize that the most current were Brave and the Bold and Arkham Asylum; However, in terms of a thoroughly Batman feel, I think these sets have failed to deliver. They splinter his rogues gallery, and miss out on a great deal of the enemies that make Batman so popular, and the enemies they do include often fall in the "OMG WHY CAN'T I GET LUCKY?!" category. These sets are also piled to the shoulders with a lot of characters that aren't characteristically associated with Batman, and it kind of dilutes the theme to the point where it looks less like a Batman set, and more like a smathering of rarely seen DC characters.
What I'd like to see is a Batman set that is very similar to the Giant Size X-Men set. It needs to have Batman and his many allies available at mostly the common level, because hey, we all love Batman, Robin, Batgirl, etc, and while we are excited to get someone new, it's really characters like this that we aim for when buying a themed set. Likewise, there also needs to be some of his most famous rogues available at the common and uncommon levels too, because if there's anything that Batman has, it's a very famous, very diverse, selection of villains. Sure, there can be a few cameos from outside of the immediate Batman comics, but they should be every so often, not a large bulk of the set.
Naturally, it's to be expected that at the higher levels of rarity is where we find some of the more inventive characters. But like Giant Size X-Men, a majority of these characters should be the main heroes/villains in Gotham City.
What really inspired me to come up with this was the sore lack of Batman characters in the sets I assumed were Batman themed. I guess I was spoiled by Superman and the many, many Marvel sets. Notably, I was hugely disappointed that Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn didn't make any appearances in any of these sets outside of the dual figure that rests at the Super Rare level.

I did not know that. Where can you learn more about upcoming sets? The only ones I know about are Galactic Guardians and Mighty Avengers.
Though, I guess this makes sense since Heroclix tend to come out with relevance to the most recent superhero movies.

Im really wanting a 120ish Batman too. Hope they have a batman at every rarity, SR being named "The Dark Knight" perhaps and being a little higher point value like 120 or so.

Rather than argue that Batman has had enough love knowing that there is a movie tie in set, how about one great Batman set this year followed by a year where we give him a break other than being a member of the Justice League?

DC has plenty of non-Batman stuff to offer but we get "stuck" on this character a lot. I'm just asking for a little balance & diversity after the inevitable.

I'm not opposed to that; I was just noting how the Batman sets don't really feel as solidly Batman in theme as say the Superman set, the Incredible Hulk set or Giant Size X-Men set.

My sentiments toward Poison Ivy! The last single figure version of her was in Batman Alpha, and it's just about as bad as the first versions of her that was released! I want one with more flair and abilities that reflect her powers!

Batman = Established Cool Cash Cow

Other DC Characters = You have to read piles of comics to realize what potential they have. And then it's personal opinion if you are interested in what they represent.

From a marketing standpoint Batman is instant money. Sadly the rest of DC and the balance you are looking for is a hard sell. I'm hoping that the next few DC sets after the Batman ones give us some more of the DCU, but I know there will always be that one who pulls the Batman card. Because it's an easy card to pull.

I'm just hoping that we get some amazing dials for Bruce Wayne and the Arkham Asylum cast of criminals. I'd also like to see some Silver age love, and some new 52 ideas represented. I think that two sets should cover all of that theme, but who can say what might turn up at this point?

As for the future of DC sets all we can do is keep requesting themes and characters. They seem to be listening more than ever these days.

Well, that Batman seems to me like he'd be a bit overpowered with those abilities - he'd have to have weakened stats to balance him out. Leap Climb as a trait might be a bit much considering that he has Stealth automatically already due to his TA.
As for ignoring Stealth, that's not very Batman, I don't think. People get the jump on him all the time. Catwoman notably, but there's also a vast number of other sly characters that can sneak up on Batman when he least expects it.
