I just got this issue yesterday and it seriously freaked me out. He left his techno-evil and reclaimed his love, and then comes the letter page.

So I turn pst the letter page to see if there's any cool ads, and BOOM! The issue isn't over, not by a long shot! I mean, Dr. Doom is like the most evil guy there is, but I wouldn't expect that From even him.

And he's leaving his techno-evil to be the Master Sorcerous? This will completely chang the entire Fantastic Four comic book series! That's not a complaint, mind you..

Hey! Wouldn't it be cool if he had a battle for justice against Dr. Strange with his new sorccery powers? Of course, Strange is "out" now, but it would be cool...

Actually it been done before. Doc Strange has already commented on Doom's Magic ability. Doom's magic actually rivals his with all his powers. IF Doom actually study Magic like he does Science. Doom would be the sorcerror (sp?) supreme. Doc Strange actually commented on that. This all happened when Doom asked for Strange's help freeing his mother from Mephisto. Doom finally freed his mother, wiht strange help. It was like the 3rd time Doom went there. Since he could only do it on one specific day.

How many years ago was the last time Dr. Strange was featured in a comic other than as a background character

i like Dr. Strange alot, personally, but it seems like him and namor are about to go wherever it it that whizzer and upload are hiding

dude dr.strange had his own mini series not 5 years ago AND he was the second story in the final (?) issue of of marvel double shot, not to mention that he is THE backbone of the defenders, wich turned into the order @ 2 years back. he is also supposed to be getting a new mini soon.

namor other than haveing a major movie rumor in the works is getting a new ongoing series courtesy of marvels new tsunami line.

Strange is dead. But maybe this new Doom-sorceror storyline will bring him back into focus
