Nearly everyone has stealth so the idea is to drop Darkstar's free smoke cloud every turn to keep everyone hidden and snipe from stealth.

i came in here expecting to say USE DARKSTAR NICK FURY AND DIRK ANGER!

Id suggest Dirk Anger. he can shut down the Superman or Ultimates TA's which can shoot through stealth. he also shuts down leadership on the opposing team and has his weird enhancement / perplex combo.
i actually normally use him in place of Domino. but that would put you over the points so id suggest dumping howling and Ross.
also the 100 pt grav feed Punisher is another great one for teams like this.

Would you still go with Dirk if the format was all Marvel? No supes to have to deal with.

his trait can shut off all Team Abilities within 4 squares and all leadership on the board.

so goodby powers cosmic and goodbye swarm teams.
so i would bring him just in case, if you dont see anyone using Powers Cosmic or the Ultimates TA, or any crazy swarm teams hes pretty unnecessary.

but any team built around abusing their TA will have a rough time with a well placed dirk anger.
