i like it, but wouldn't he be considered DC, since Vertigo is an imprint of DC?? I haven't read Preacher, but lookin at those stats, he could be fun to play with...

I agree, Vertigo is owned by DC and so was Swamp Thing - he's in it. So there is slight hope for Preacher someday. I own every trade paperback. The only DC-owned series that I can stand. It is one of the greatest titles ever.

I disagree with these stats. The problem with designing many Preacher pieces is that they'd be too powerful.

Custer's word is unavoidable. They just have to hear him. I've thought about this before. He should have the highest attack of any Heroclix character aside from Saint of Killers. Also all characters immune to his power should have Battle Fury.

I dont know about the toughness on Jesse, or the close combat expert. To be perfectly honest, when it comes to those things remember, he is just a tough hick that can kick the #### out of normal humans. Do you really think his close combat expert would stand up to doomsday or anything? However, I could deffinalty see him with a VERY high attack value, with mind control and zero damage. Maybe even a 12 attack. Also, perplex is a must, and maybe even a little bit of probability control and supersenses. Jess aint the guy who could go up against the super-heros of any universe and stand toe to toe with them hands on, but is a veritable force to be reakoned with on the mind control and oteh issues. Anyways, just my opinion

I did think about that, Red Gambit, but Swamp Thing is a much less 'Underground' title put out by Vertigo. Preacher doesn't have an extremely wide fanbase, except for on the internet, so I just went ahead and put it in with Indy.

I also thought about that as well. Cassidy would be up there as well, but I was trying to keep them down to a playable level, where the three 'heroes' could all fit together in a 200 pt squad.

Saint of Killers would have an attack of 20. He'd be immune to botching. If he attacks you, you die. No avoiding it. He'd have the full dial, with Invulnerability down it's entirety. He survived a hit from a nuclear warhead. All it did was knock off his hat (poor guy - knocking off his hat like that). He can't really 'die'. I mean, hell. The guy killed Nick (Satan), as well as God. So.

The entire IndyClix 'universe' would be a mismatch of levels in power hard to place into one game, and since Preacher doesn't really fit with in power to the DC guys or theme, I say it'll be in IndyClix, if at all.

I think the CCE is a good call, but give him a zero damage with it. The High Av is also right on the whole "word of god" thing.

What about saint of Killers?
