Real Cost of DD and Psylocke

On the official site, and right here, DD E is listed as costing 51 points, and Psylocke E 42. Well, I have both and their respective costs are 45 and 39. What the heck ?! Were the figures released for playtest too expensive, and thus modified (but not the list) ? Are me and my friends privileged (or cursed) with less expensive Psylockes ? What is the real cost of these figures ?

there are a lot of typos on the website and the downloadable checklist, they've got exp kitty pride two points too cheap. My epsylocke is 45 as well, and I have 2(1 was borken before I got it), so just go by the number printed on the fig.

oh and my vet daredevil is 57, it also says this in daredevils design tips, I think

Dunno about Vet DD. But it's weird, if you and me get to the same tournament with different E Psy point costs, what will happen ? You pay yours 3 more than mine ?! ANd maybe yours has one more click of Incapacitate (mine has one less than the stats right here) ?! Weird...
