What Heroclix do you find most useful for repainting? Which figure has that perfect arm that can be used over and over?

Steel's Cape, Gorilla Grodd's Cape (hard to remove though), Nightwing as a figure or parts donar, Hawkman's wings as said above, Thing chest and arms for any number of burlyman figures, Dove (makes a great female speedster, Jean Grey...

Hydra op is pretty good for most anybody.

Clayface and Steel for Capes; Hawk, Boomerang and Bane for a good "Bruiser" body, Human Torch for any lithely built flyer, Invisible Girl as a decent and no-frills female body. Hawkman as an excellent mid-size body that seems to be infinitely reposable with a bit of heat.
