Ok, he has some super strength to show his increase strength from being stone, and then incapacitate because people turn to stone when he touches them. He has one click of invulnerability and then a bunch of toughness because of his resistance to injury, impact, temperature and a variety of other factors being made of stone. His veteran is a MoE, but his exp. could be syndicate or even MoD since he has been affiliated whith a variety of criminals. I was thinking of making his first click like a normal human(i.e. Hulk and Wolfsbane) but decided not since whenever in battle he is always in stone form, as a villan nobody really drops in on him unexpected like they do on heroes.
