I was reading the PAC and it says you can alter any of the characters combat values, but isn't speed a movement value therefore you cannot Perplex it. I browsed thru this forum and it said that any printed value on the dial can be perplexed does this apply to point cost as well?

A prime example where you could use this is when you perplex V Abomination down to 99 b4 you mind control so you won't take the backlash click.

I apologise if this question had already been asked if so please direct me to the thread.

Thanks,
Carlo

hmm actually i've also heard you can perplex "any printed number on the dial"

so i could have a red skull and then perplex red skull's figure number down one and turn him into a 4 damage dealing super skrull for that turn!!!

perplex is too broken.

:p
