Hey all, now that we've been given the clixy goodness that is Xplosion, how about letting Jon L and crew know what we'd like to see in the next Marvel expansion.

From what I've seen on other posts it's clear that you all want a Spidey expansion, so thats what I'm basing this on.

My top 10 are:

1) Iron Fist: Super senses, outwit, stealth, and a couple clix of four damage to show the power of the IRON FIST!

2)Powerman: Toughness, super strength, with some healthy doses of high damage value

3)Venom:Plasticity, toughness, Super strength, with a range of 4(?) with two lightning bolts

4)Kraven: Stealth, outwit, willpower, RCE(?) to show mastery of thrown weapons, with one lightning bolt for 5 range

5)Punisher: RCE, energy deflection, energy explosion,outwit, willpower, stealth, with two lightning bolts for 10 range

6)Electro: RCE, energy explosion, energy deflection, with two lightning bolts for 8 range

7)Green Goblin [ regular Marvel universe]: RCE, running shot, toughness, perplex, energy explosion, outwit, with two lightning bolts for 8 range

8)Carnage: B/C/F, plasticity, battle fury, willpower,toughness, with two lightning bolts for 4(?) range

9)Absorbing Man: Invunerability, super strength, charge, with one lightning bolt for three range to show use of his vaunted ball and chain

10)Rhino: Charge almost all down his dial, invulnerability, super strength, battle fury

* 11)Cosmic Spidey: We all know there will be a Spidey in the set, so i vote for the all-powerfull version who would have: Super senses, flight, invulnerability, super strength, with a damage of 4 and 3 for most of his dial, and a rage of 10 with two lightnng bolts

What do you all think? I listed them in no specific order, except of course for THE FIST and Power Man :laugh:

Namor and/or Surfer would be so perfect. All they have to do is undercost The Silver Surfer, and everyone will be happy.

Going along with the idea of the Spidey based xpansion. Excluding that there will be a new Spidey, Hulk, Elektra, & probally DD. My question is if there are so many versions of these guys why can't we have a new version of Ultron each set as well? At least he's had 16 different versions! Here's my wants:

1) IronFist (after his most recent with Black Panther, we should have one)

2) Gladiator leader of the Sh'iar Imperial Guard

3) Power Broker Red Skull (in suit/ Steve Roger's clone)

4) Captian America (redone)

5) Punisher (Garth Enis version)

6) Dormammu (he's been high on my list for a while now)

7) Nimrod (the ultimate sentinel)

8) the new Black Panther

9) the new Ghost Rider

10) Venom

If were going to have a Spidey then how about Scarlet Spider.

Deadpool (more probably Agent X *sigh* not nearly as cool) He would have RCE turning into Perplex then Outwit at the end, EE for grenades turning into Blades, Stealth turning into Leap/Climb, Toughness turning into Regen for the last three clicks, maybe some Willpower and Flurry in there somewhere. Range 6 two targets

7. Baron Zemo...of course Mastermind, Leadership, Outwit

8. Carnage...Agreeing aplenty

9. Longshot...Porbability Control, Ranged Combat Expert, Super Senses, Leap/Climb.

Forget the issue, but it occurred in the old Marvel Team-up series.

I would disagree with an Aunt May Unique, but I think Civilian Generics would be cool---

A bunch of regular joes running around, 2 clicks of health, no powers. That would be way cool for a scenario with a bad guy running amok or something... Protect the civilians and take the bad guy down.

I'd be all for it. Plus, the Thugs need someone to rob.

Who do I want most. Hm, let's see... As it's only speculation at this point that it's going to be a Spidey based set, I won't limit myself. In no particular order:

1. Angel - essentially a cheap taxi with the X-Men ability (perhaps Defenders as Exp. to go with Beast and Iceman). Progressively better stats in each version as he gets to be a better fighter. They could paint him with the usual flesh colored paint for the R & E versions, and with blue skin as a V. A unique version with Apocalype's metal wings would be cool too.

The three Barons:
2. Baron Zemo - needed to lead the Masters of Evil of course. Would be especially cool if released at the same time as a re-done Captain America so they can be AEs

3. Baron Mordo - a rainbow dial similar to Dr. Strange, whose AE he would be.

4. Baron Blood - A souped up version of Blade/Vampire Lackeys. He's just really a great character. Optimally, he'd be another figure with an AE, specifically:

5. Union Jack - Can't have the above without Jack. Good combat values with some BCF, mainly.

6. Ikaris - I've always enjoyed the Eternals. I'd like to see at least one represented, and Ikaris has always been the focus of that group. I suppose Sersi's possible too, having been an Avenger for a while. Heck, I'd settle for Khoryphos.

7. Black King (Sebastian Shaw) - Preferably in full 18th century Hellfire Club garb. As he absorbs the energy when opponents attack him he could begin as a fairly weak figure who gets more powerful - Super Strength, Toughness and/or Invulnerability, that sort of thing.

8. Mentallo - I know he's really B- or even C-list as villains go, but hey, if they did Whirlwind...I see him as bridging the gap between Puppet Master and White Queen. Better stats and a little more veratile than the former, maybe MC and Super Senses, but not as powerful as the latter.

9. The Fixer - He and Mentallo always work as a team, so he'd have to be in too. I'd say take T.O. Morrow's dial, add a flight base and you've got the Fixer pretty well.

10. El Aguila - And to round out my list of obscurities, I think he'd be a fun figure, equally effective in both clase and ranged combat - BCF to represent his sword and RCE to represent his bioelectric blast.

There you go. Them's my picks. Personal favorite, a lot of them, mostly from the late 70's and 80s. I know I'm not the only one of my generation that plays this game though. I considered Namor, but it's likely we'll see him anyway, so I threw my votes to others who may not have as good a chance

I too feel we need a Baron Zemo. What good is a Masters of Evil with out Baron Zemo? For that matter what good is Hydra with out Baron Strucker? I think that Captain Mar Vel is quite possible given his new series' (by Peter David) popularity. As for Iron Fist I think his damage should increase near the end & he should gain battle fury due to the poseeeion by the Dragon spirit. (just my thoughts) How about a some Cap villians? Crossbones? Flagsmasher? Baron Blood? anybody?

For those who dont know them, they were a really kick !@# team comprised of villains that went up against the Hulk quite a bit and gave him fits.

Dont remember there names, but one was comrised of gaseous form(Vapor?), one was super strong like in the Abominations level, one threw radioactivity around, and the other one....uh, it escapes me:rolleyes: . Getting old.

I agree that they NEED to put out Silver Surfer, Punisher, Power Man & Iron Fist (and Namor, Venom, and countless other popular heroes), but here's my list of underrated guys they should release (in no particular order)

1. Beetle- every hero's favorite knock-around villain in power armor. I think Marvel had a rule about how often he had to show up in the 80's(at least it seemed like it)

2. Batroc (with or without his brigade)- another great low power villain(with the king of mustaches)

3. Mole Man- he's got his own subteranean kingdom, so why doesn't he have a figure?

4. Silvermane or Count Nefaria- either of these guys would work real well as uniques in a set that included Maggia hitmen as scrubs

5. Foolkiller- one of the all time great Spidey villains(he killed anyone he considered a fool. When he realized anyone who would fight Spiderman is a fool, he offed himself)

6. Grim Reaper- could include him as an arch-enemy for Wonderman(who simply MUST be in the next set)

7. Mastermind- to finish off the original Brotherhood

8. Paladin- little known and highly underrated 80's mercenary (and Wasp's ex-lover)

9. Shang-Chi- there's no reason the master of kung fu isn't already released(and it would be a fine figure to feature close combat expert)

10. Air Walker, Nova, and Terrax- release the rest of Galactus's heralds in a set, do a big fig of the world eater himself, and call the new set "Power Cosmic"(the kids will eat it up!)

Worthy of mentions as possibilities: Tigra, Molecule Man, Black Bolt, Hank Pym, Ka-zar, Mockingbird, Sunfire, Union Jack, Captain Mar-Vell, Puck, and Omega Red(to name a few)

Grappler, if Heroclix keeps selling like it has been, expect to see many more expansions. Hopefully Wiz Kids marketing department dosent muck it up and just keeps making an expansion every 2 months. I think they should space releases out over at least 3 to 5 months. That way the market dosent get saturated with to many different figs, but when the new set comes out everyone is still interested.

4.Bishop. Ok here's what you do- give him ES and high defence for like three clicks then give him FB and RCE for the last 3, to simulate absorbing the attack then channeling it back( every problem has a solution.)
3.Magik (New Mutants) three scups like Sue Storm, the Vet in full armor ala the Inferno storyline.Cool.
2.Captian Marvel (DCU) Same powers as Superman with a larger range and Inv instead of Imp.

That is a subjective statement, based solely on your opinion. I didn't even know he was around, but Ra's al Ghul is awesome in the Legion, Modru is really good in JSA, and Kang was really great in the Avengers recently. That isn't even taking the X-villians into account.
