Not Sure What the Problem is...

I login, the game loads while checking for updates, all goes well. I click the launch button and the game browser pops up and acts like it is loading but then I just see a blank screen. Is it my video card that isn't up to snuff or is something else going on?

I just want to know with a degree of certainty before I drop money on the wrong thing...

have you tried the "Preform Complete File Check" button? also you can compare your video card specs to other peeps on the HCO forums, search for computer specs.

Sometimes the blank screen hits me too. usually not more than twice in a row. and only if something went wrong the last time i exited game.
