We play tested the soldier teams yesterday on the Asgardian map, the map that the Cap soldier team is most favorable on. Cap and company destroyed a few good teams..most of those teams rushed and it didnt work out well for them. We also had a few matches that were very close with the match going either way. Lastly, we had a few teams that owned Cap and company. Therefore we will be no changes to the current format. The team is beatable.
Now there will be some changes in format if new sets are released. Any new Marvel pieces released will be available for play as long as they meet the rules requirement. that being said we hope and anticipate the release of Galactic Guardians Gravity Feed. We hope it occurs prior to league startup. If and when it is released the following team build rule will change:
M4 League
1. Minimum 1 fig from Hot or Hot FF
2. Minimum 1 fig from IC
3. Minimum 1 fig from GG FF or Hulk or F4
4. Minimum 1 fig from GG FF or Hulk or F4 (cannot be same set as 3.)
This will open up a whole lot more in team building. Lets hope it gets released this week.
