PM tracking question

I have sent 3 PMs to DarthKreder now about a trade we made about a month ago. He has never sent me his half of the trade. He won't respond to emails or PMs.

I always have the Message Tracking box checked and they show up for a while on my PM Tracking screen. Then out of the blue they just disappear. Is this guy just deleting my PMs without reading them or is there some other way for him to cancel the PM Tracking?

I think its the "deny reciept" txt beside the message title in the inbox
