when i get on tonight i will challenge any thor loki team, i am determined to take them down! :devious:


i am tired of versing them so i have made a team to personally take them down:cool:

I agree with you, all my losses came to one of those teams.

A poll to see who uses these teams is called for!!!! But I am a C student and can't figure a poll out. :)

I don't think I've lost to a Thoki in league play yet.

I'm still terrified every time I see one.

And I hate hearing "I don't have a lot of figures so I'm using this one." Maybe I'm just a good anti-tentpole player.

Well its actually just the loki mystic team that is getting me so it is more my build vs the team however the change in format allowed it.

I've seen it with a thug and a Doombot. That's one of the easiest ways to fit the build requirements.

I'm honestly terrified of what the GG Fast Forces figs are going to do to the teams. There are none of them that are not terrifying in this format. I think you're going to see a big shift from HOT dominance to GG.

I've also seen it with Gen Ross in place of the Doombot. It gives ThoLoki the range boost and damage bump with SHIELD. :eek:

i never play in this league agains thor/loki and i think it is not funny to play, the figure with height stats are 81pts and i loved play with this team ilike to play my team vs thor/loki team i think i have a chance

Small figs like agents and thug ect

Lets hear your tactics dealing with this loki gets into stealth and keeps figs in 4 spaces with los doombot does decent shield damage when loki not shooting

Im actually fine taking on thorloki with meat shields

I leap into place behind your figures so Loki can't see them. Chew up your non-wild cards first. Once Loki's friends are gone I worry about him.

Not an easy fight by any stretch, but that's how I'd attempt to fight it.

use a barrier. place four walls around him and he cant move. i've had 2 pyro's stick him in place the whole game. i just sat back and used m-11 until i got penetrating with him and used him until he died. then went to everyone else to hit him. went pretty quick. 27pnt Pyro got the final hit in with a 7 att and 3 dam using ranged comb exp. hilarious game. frustrating for opponent. he had some choice words to say to me while playing.

This except with the medic being Hydra - dirty rotten Hydra...

To be fair to myself, when you fail at hitting General Ross, Thorki gets progressively better...

I just need to invest in Perplex and Prob Control - two powers that are in short supply being on a budget.
