Hi Everyone,

Episode 4 of the Push to Regen podcast is available for mass consumption!

This week, the guys spend some time talking about the new Dark Knight Rises previews, give a VERY brief summary of their Galactic Guardians pulls, and go over a couple listener suggested segments - The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of sculpts, and Best Friends - pieces that play well together. All that, and they still squeeze in $3 Theme Teams, Common Justice, Listener Mail, and Nate's Question of the Week. All this and more can be found at the following locations:

Our Site (http://pushtoregen.podbean.com)
iTunes (http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/push-to-regen/id505873142)
and Stitcher (http://stitcher.com/listen.php?fid=21647)

Please note that occasionally it takes a little while for the episode to appear on iTunes. Give it some time and it should show up.

Feel free to use this thread as a discussion forum for the topics we discussed in the show and as a place to suggest things we can do to make the show better. Hope you enjoy!

Great podcast, as usual, guys. Next time, was wondering, maybe u guys could have a small segment where u discuss some old school pieces, like each of you discuss a really cool old fashioned piece. I.E. U Spiral, Vet. Blizzard, etc... Also, would love to hear your guys' take on Chase Thanos. I played 8 matches so far, and I'm still undefeated with him. The latest match was 600 points, and 350 Thanos/ 250 Dormammu cleaned house!! I think he's one of the best fiigs in the set. Such a great piece;

A little less structured I wouldn't stick to such a strict outline it is ok to go off topic as long as it remains entertaining otherwise thank you for your time and effort it was well done

Jay or Rob (which one's the Deadshot fan?), for your next episode I'd like to suggest a $3 theme team using DC75 Floyd. Keep up the good work!

I love this show. Seriously you guys are awesome!! U disagree with the time concerns though. Clix talk is never too long. Keep up the awesome work!! Have you guys played any of the non dc/marvel sets ie halo/gears/LOTR? I ask because other than street fighter, I haven't gotten into any and would love to hear your thoughts on them, if they are viable, and what your fav pieces are from these sets. Thanks guys!!!

I'm the Deadshot fan - tell you what, Spike, I'll rock a $3 team with him in episode 6. I've already committed to a Robot team in 5.

As for pieces from LOTR, I've got designs on a Warrior team featuring Gimli - so look for that in a future episode!

Thanks for listening, everyone!

Good episode.

The JSA remark made me chuckle, if you only knew the destruction I've caused with Vet Hawkman, R Wildcat, U Sandman, and Jakeem Thunder. Stargirl needs an update but if the point level goes high enough or I can use Coordination/Trick Shot she'll get the call.

Another superb episode. I love the new "Best Friends" section. I can't wait to hear more!

"Push to Regen" is by far the best Heroclix podcast. :D

Great cast guys! Few things...

1) love the just for fun themes but really like the "real" theme teams so flipping between both types or featuring one of each in an episode would be cool.

2) thanks for the shout out! I think jay was making fun of it saying poo poo which is fine and it is pronounced that way - poo poo lay surfer. Pupule is Hawaiian for crazy and I got the nickname on a family vacation to Hawaii from my surf instructor my first time surfing.

3) I like the buddies/best friends segment, cool idea! My favorite marvel is modern age Deadpool and Bob, agent of hydra. 200 points theme team that has good synergy. My favorite on the dc side comes from recreating the mashup issues of superman/batman issues 60 and 61, specifically my avatar of Nightlantern. This uses Crisis Nightwing and either Crisis Green Lantern or DC75 Hal Jordan SR. The first version is really good for working with each other and you can fit 2 GCD and the Key object for a 300 point police theme. The later can fit a GCD and a GCPD for a 300 point police team.

4) great idea adding the Facebook page, I have now liked it and commented

5) More to come...have to drive now!

If all goes to plan we'll be recording in a couple days and the episode should be available a few days after that.

I've got a wedding reception to go to tomorrow night, so we should be recording on Tuesday, I'd assume. With editing, should be up by Friday night!

And Episode 5 is recorded! We ran a bit late, got pretty tired, and did a bit of sleep deprived rambling. But from what I can remember, we covered some fun stuff. And Contest details are included in the episode. We'll give you the heads up with a new thread once the episode has been edited and uploaded.
