Good to hear that the Dark Knight packs are available somewhere...or will be soon. I was sort of wingin it on that...because, like Steve, I don't roll with DC very much. Besides this upcoming Batman stuff I won't have any DC save for an Easy Co. Soldier and an Aquaman for my Atlantis team. I'm actually going to try and get my hands on some more of him to add to the team, actually. Beefs up a Namor-led team.
Anyway...I look forward to the Dark Knight and other Batman releases and the No Man's Land event. Is this sort of a multiple-month spanning event like IG? I also heard something about a Utility Belt resource being added. Very clever
Props on the closing song too. I downloaded it from mh mp3 app right afterward. Lol

Thanks for the reviews fellas, but you've got to turn
off your radios/music/tv's when recording your show.
Makes it impossible to listen to with all the background
noise.

Atrocitus gives characters battle fury, so it gives opposing characters battle fury, making him much better.
The SDCC clix collection has to do with the Comic con dvd in the package. They are all purple rings and can't be used in legal games. Morgan Spurlock made a documentary about comic con.

I agree and the offending party got a scolding the following day while I tried to edit it all out. I think you actual hear me on the podcast telling him to turn it down/off.

True, but where we play everything is usually legal so no buggy there.

LOL all you have to say is "Hey, that night's not gonna work to record." LOL.
That last 5 minutes or so of the show where you were talking about first turn immunity was wrong.
During the first round of the game, characters that have not been given an action, placed, or moved can not be targeted by opposing characters, knocked back, attacked, or damaged, unless a game effect that does so specifically states that it occurs at the beginning of the game.
Using Tabatha Smith's ability to place explosives is allowed (in the example you game to hurt your own guys for AE triggers) but would indeed break her first turn immunity.

She places the bombs on her first turn. The bombs do not go off until the beginning of your next turn, so the effect would be the during second turn. That's what happens when you talk for 3 hours.

I've listened to a couple of these recordings now. I think its really awesome that you're talking about heroclix news, reviews, and tricks/tips. Thanks a lot for putting in the effort!
I know this has already been mentioned, and the show is disclaimed as "laid back", but it sounded like Green Acres at moments! Frankly, it sounds like G. is more interested in what he's eating and watching on tv than what he's saying into his mike, most of the time. If you don't think anyone is listening to the show, or cares about what you're talking about and how you're saying it, maybe you shouldn't be doing it.
Again, thanks to everyone doing the show, G. included. I look forward to the next show!

I am glad to hear your admiration for playoff basketball as well as Heroclix! The background noise I actually kind of enjoyed. It made me feel as though I was sitting on the couch right next to you guys just shooting the sh!+. I am a new player to the Heroclix world and I had a suggestion for you guys. Do you think there could be any way you guys could talk a little bit about the possible 400 point non-generic keyword themed teams that are required for the next IG tournament. I would love to hear some of your ideas of teams you would use!! I love the show and you help to invigorate my interest with the game as I search to find my way in Heroclix!

im not sure our next cast will be done before some IG events get done ... but this past week at my venue I was kicking around the idea of this team.

That will be cool to hear about! Now, I have to multi-task tonight and read my Probation and Parole chapter while watching the Heat versus the Celtics! I am a non-traditional college student(36) that is in need of getting my schoolwork done sooner than later so I can more thoroughly study my Heroclix!!
