I think he is talking of pojo. com, which i have been going to for a couple months for other games. They are pretty good i i like the site. They just opened up a heroclix portion, and it wouldnt be a bad place to get on its feet. Most pojo sections have a CoTD, etc. on their page. They also have top 10 lists and strategy posting sections. Over time they will probably have team posting sections too.
