Bizarro Point Cost !!!!

so i work at a local comic shop...

we got in a poster last week for cosmic justice, its just a blown up version of the full page ad that was shown in previews.

heres the thing you can see on the dial the point costs on some of the fig's (as well as some other things but this was the biggest news i noticed) heres what i saw....

batgirl (U) = 41 points
Green lantern (V) = 98 points
penguin (E) = cant read
wonder woman = cant read
bizarro (U) = 256 or 295 points (WHOA!!!!)

now granted im reading these #'s upside down and slightly skewed, also granted that these "prices" may change by the release

but WOW

any thoughts or anything are welcome

256 for bizarro? i hope thats not true as i wanted him to be an economical version of supes

so if bizarro haas battle fury, and he can fly, does that mean that he cant carry others?

No Green Lantern fig is going to be over 151 points.

From Inquest it says

ya the two parts i was freaking out about were...

1) GL being so cheap, when Jon L said that everyone with GL ability will be VERY expensive. Maybe the vet GL is JLA like the LE is rumored to be, in wich case if the exp version has GL ability would he be more expensive than the vet.

2) bizarro's cost is tremendous if its true i assume that he will be the MOST EXPENSIVE figure in the game (that we've seen so far) because he will (i think) be just like supes but have a higher damage, like 5.

but i guess time will tell.

Batgirls only 41 points!?!?!?! Oh man I wish she was more because that might mean that she isn't going to be the best Bats Ally piece.

Batgirl at 41 gives her more abilities than a vet Robin. I guess she is a bit more brutal than the boy wonder, but doesn't he have a bit more experience and training in other areas?

But she's going to be (or Should be) a CCE machine. I'm a bit surprised she's so inexpensive though, so maybe she's going to have a shorter dial than we'd like.

at 41 points, batgirl is gonna have like 4 clicks....cuz we all know she's gonna have batman team ability, cce all the way down, and a better attack value than batman (a 10 at least, probably 11...).

can somebody put those stats into one of those point formulas and tell me what it comes out to? think it'll be close...

and the bizzaro at 250+??? man, he better have hypersonic!!!! or else he'll not only be the most expensive of all time, he'll also be the least used...

I won't believe it until I see it.

Those promotional posters have a tendency to cite a figure's point cost incorrectly.

For example, if you look at the poster for Hypertime (with all the figures on it) you'll see all the characters, and for one, the Unique version of Superman is cited for being worth 95 points, instead of his actual 125.

Aquaman was another, the poster cited his Veteran version being worth 54 points, instead of his 41.

There was a couple of others, buti f you have the Hypertime poster you can see for yourself (you get them when you buy a case).

So, I'm a little sceptical about Bizarro's point cost. 256 or 295? I seriously doubt it. Maybe he'd close to 180-200, but no way more than Superman.

1) why would he be know more than supes, he has all the same powers and will quite possibly do more damage. (hes more reck-less (sp?)

2) again im just stating what i saw, what it looks like i saw :). i too will believe it when i see it. remember when both thor and dooms early pics were non-fliers.

I belive that the PHASING Inquest GL, being LE will be 151. But the regular GL is going to be less expensive.

Using a point generator I found, I plugged in veteran Superman and his point cost came out to 210. I replaced Leadership with Perplex, and gave him the super-expensive Superman Enemy team ability and ta-daaa..... a 282 point Bizarro.

i think that bizarro will do more base damage wich probably adds some to his cost
