Wildcat, the JSA's resident pugalist is super cool. Here's what I think his dials would like. Point Costs are per Retardog's v0.93 fomula.

Wildcat -Team JSA
Range 0, 1 Arrow
Rookie - 21 Points

Speed 8 8 7 6 5
Attack 9 8 7 7 6
Defense 15 14 13 13 12
Damage 1 1 2 2 1

Wildcat -Team JSA
Range 0, 1 Arrow
Experienced - 28 Points

Speed 8 8 7 6 6 6
Attack 9 9 8 7 7 6
Defense 16 15 14 13 12 12
Damage 2 2 2 2 1 1

Wildcat -Team JSA
Range 0, 1 Arrow
Veteran - 36 Points

Speed 9 8 7 7 6 6 5
Attack 10 10 9 8 7 7 7
Defense 16 15 14 14 13 12 11
Damage 2 2 2 2 2 2 1

Flurry: Wildcat is a heavyweight boxing champion. Flurry, represents his combination of punches.

CCE: Close Combat expert is perfect for a professional boxer.

Willpower: Boxers, especially one like Wildcat, have a lot of heart.

Notes: I know that Flurry doesn't work with CCE but my idea was to give options. He can either go for the haymaker on one opponent or smack down two of them. Also, he is less vulnerable to outwit. Your opponent can outwit CCE but still has to deal with Flurry.

What do you think? Did I nail it or flub it?

I am unfamiliar with this char, but as a clix, I think he looks great. Maybe give the rookie one click of willpower, just to give him a little extra oomph, or 1 click of 2 damage.

Neofascist,

Thanks for the comments! I'll consider updating the rookie figure. I'm pretty happy as to how he came out. IMO, he is very playable at all levels.

I like, maybe add another click of willpower on the experienced on the 13 defense so it is a little easier to get that power, but besides that I think it is great.

He has to have Regen for always coming back to life!

You're welcome! I can't wait for this guy, he is a clix I really want.

Excellent interpretation. I think you are THE GUY for DC character dials.

This time, JayThor and I agree -- definitely Regeneration on his last two clicks. I'd give both the Exp and Vet more clicks of Willpower.

And 2 DAM plus CCE is far too much; I don't think that the Vet should have it for more than one click, if that. No matter how you slice it, he's not going to hit as hard as Hawkman.

I'd bump up his Defense, too -- he's always been one of the most agile and physically tough "mostly humans" in DC.

And definitely a single click of ATT 11 on the Vet.

DC seems to allow for more damage from everyone, like Nightwing (who I love) and Batman doing 3 clicks of damage. I can see him doing as much as Hawkman, since he is a trained fighter, who knows where to hit that hurts the most.

Flurry: Wildcat is a heavyweight boxing champion. Flurry, represents his combination of punches.

CCE: Close Combat expert is perfect for a professional boxer.

Willpower: Boxers, especially one like Wildcat, have a lot of heart. I gave him this power on his midrange clicks to represent his stamina from all the physical conditioning.

Regenerate: Represents his 9 lives!

you can't use flurry and cce together, so it makes the player make a decision either way. i like that. i like using regenerate too, i gave my Hwkman & Hawkgirl that at the end of thier dials.
