A little help?

I need a little help. I recently bought an Xplosion booster that was missing the rare/unique figure. I've never had this happen, but afellow customer said to save the little slip of paper, and contact Wizkids. There seems to be something wrong with their site, and I can't contact them through it. Does anyone have an appropriate email address to use?

What "rare/unique" figure? you are not guaranteed one in every booster. In fact, it only averages about 1 in 6 boosters that have a Unique. If you are getting one in every booster, you're really lucky.

I'm referring to the slot that has a figure of rarity 3 through 6. Yes, I might only be due a r Scorpion, But I did pay for it.
