Madcap Unique No-Team Range:6 1 arrow
8 7 6 6 5 4
9 8 8 7 6 5
16 15 14 14 13 13
1 1 1 1 1 1

Play Tip:
With Madcap, the fun has begun, but it's no joke! Mind Control simulates his bubble gun, Madcap spreading the fun. Perplex helps Madcap or his teammates put the hex on the opponents. Toughness indicates Madcap's insane tolerance for roughness. Regeneration allows you to continue the maddening Iteration. So spread some madness, Madcap style!

Design:
I recently responded to a thread called 'Obscure Characters' here on the realms. I decided to go with a character I seldom hear about here or anywhere: Madcap. Not only do I think he'd make an interesting HeroClix figure, I think he definately SHOULD be made. 1

sol, do you think a range is even warranted? I was thinking about a range of four, but then if it's just for the mind control purposes, he might be better with no range and get the default four. Thus making him cheaper.

Also I'd be tempted to make him eleven clicks long. Keep your stats and have the last five be all zeros with Regeneration only. ;)

yeah, that was one of my favorite captain america books...when nomad caught his first bad guy and it turned out to be madcap...

these are really good sol!

Yeah, DS-00-0, FSD , you're right about the range. But with mind control it would be pointless tp give him a range at all (and there is no reason he could Perlex it up to 5). So let's say 0 range.

I think 6 clicks is enough because it wasn't that difficult for Nomad to subdue him in Captain America 309. Besides, with Regeneration, he can concieveably stick around for a good while.

Thanks...the idea is to do enough dials from each Universe to make an 'expansion'. I have a lot more to do. I have some IndyClix guys planned too, but I don't think I'll go as far with those characters.

I would have a 0 damage with Perplex. Did this guy actually ever hurt anyone?

he can warrant the 6 range because of the gun thingie he uses on top of his mind control

Also I think he could warrant INVULNERABILITY. He's not just tough; HE CAN'T BE HURT. He's a living cartoon character.
Also, he could really mind control multiple targets at once in the comic; but I think the fans would be OFFENDED if Madcap came out to be a decent Hc figure...
