My e-mail is the same on both sites. I can give you my PIN if you need it, however the page didn't ask for it at the time.

To quote..."We can not find any record with WizKids of your being an approved volunteer. Make sure that your status is not still "Pending". We determine if you are a volunteer by comparing the email address you registered with HCRealms, with the email address on file with WizKids. If you have a different email address with either site, we will be unable to upgrade your account."

This is incorrect. I am a Judge, and my e-mails are the same. I'm not pending approval, and I've scheduled events already. I appreciate any response.
