Interesting 300 point Marvel tourney 6/7/03

Took place yesterday at Dream Wizards in Rockville, MD.

The gimmick is, 300 points, but one fig must be at least 100 points or more. I recommend the format, changes how things go.

Not an in-depth turn-by-turn report, more how each game wehn and my general impressions.

we had a similar tourney about 2 months ago one for marvel and one for dc

fortmat was 500 pts

including

3 ppl at least 100+

or

2 ppl at least 150+

or

1 at 300+

it was crazy it was like having a 200 pt team with 3 killer pieces since firelord batman adn others came short of the 100+ points no one used them so figs never used before
in tourneys around here were being used

it was successful overall and i cant wait for CJ to try that again their are alot of 100+ uniques in CJ that are dieing to be used in tourneys
