What are the current X-Men teams & members?

Since there are about 12 different X-Men titles out right now. Can anyone tell me the following?

1) Team name (or Comic name, ie:Xtreme X-Men)
2) Current members of each team (as in whos in what)

I'll sum them all up for you

New X-Men
Team - Cyclops, Wolverine, White Queen, Phoenix, Xorn, Beast, Prof. X. and the students (3 remainign Cuckoos, Beck, Angle etc....). This book is the most real. Its grounded in reality rather then fantasy, there are a lot of storys about how the X-Men and stutends not only do heroic things but how those things affect them. The X-Men are characters, not just super powered being spitting out bad lines. Hands down the best writen X-Men book.

Unncany X-Men
Team - Nightcralwer, Wolverine, Arch-Angle, Husk, Havok, Juggernaut, Chamber, Northstar and Polars? (stacy X will most likely return as well). This is your classic 80's X-Men book. They are the "away team" - they go on missions and use not only the mansion (where New X-Men mainy takes place) as their base, but the X-Jet and several hangers as well. The school nurse and her son are supporting characters. Its not not the best or the worst writen.

X-Treme X-men
Team - Storm, Bishop, Sage, Cannonball, Gambit?, Rogue?, Lifeguard?, Slipstream?, Thunderbird? This is a team of X-Men who have broken off from Xaiver origanlly to find and protect Destinys dairys, though they've turned into mutant 5-0. Pretty poorly writen in my opinion. Shadowcat may soon be added to the cast.
