I entered the following criteria:
You searched for units who have Attack > 9 Damage > 1 and whose Point Value < 50
This search is limited to DC HeroClix Units
I got back nothing as the result. In fact I have gotten many incorrect results out of the tool. I know for a fact R Hawk falls into the criteria set above. (I was hoping for others)
I earlier looked for characters with flying and damage greater than two in the Marvel universe under 90 points. I got back R firelord, E Firelord, R Torch, but NOT V Torch. Something is definately amiss.
