hey moderator, my friend just got banned

why did u ban my friend Qbann4, he tried to get on this forum, and it did not give him access to hc realms, so please help me, to solve this problem, and he just called me to help him out, but i don't know what to do.

The ban came as the result of a warning for Multiple Accounts. An e-mail notice should have been dispatched to the account which he used to set up the account.
