We got a few new additions to the JSA in this new set. I don't think the DC clix are going based on teams but based on themes. This theme was outer space. The next theme might be the 40's in which case we'd get a whole pile of JSA figures. Including Golden Age Superman and Batman. Which would be awesome.

Yep JSA is getting screwed. They added rookie Black Canary and rookie Fury, but that's it. At least one version of Starman should have been JSA - probably the Experienced.

And Unique Flash not being JSA was a travesty of an oversight.

I'm hoping WizKids makes it up to the many JSA fans by making the next set JSA-centric. But I'm not counting on it.

Figs I'd like to see:

Hourman - Probability Control in DC!
Alan Scott GL/Sentinal - possibly the most powerful character in the DC universe
Dr. Midnite - support out the wazoo, and smoke bombs!
Power Girl - like Wonder Woman, only stronger and no incap

Ahh yeah...some Golden Age stuff would be great.

Or maybe greatest screw ups like when they took away Wonder Woman's powers in the sixties to try and make her hip and appealing to the growing womens rights movement.

Jack was never really part of The JSA. His father was, and they should have made him a Unique. Jay Garrick should be JSA. When just me and my buddy play, we act like he is. Really annoying is that REV Flash is Wally West and he is all JLA. His rookie should be Titans to reflect him being Kid Flash, unless there is a Unique Later. Hopefully we will also see a Barry Allen Unique. Then my favorite Huntress, who was in JLA for like two seconds (both times), gets cheated out of her Bat symbol for Veteran.

I am going to correct myself. It's been a while since I read JSA. Veteran Starman should be JSA. I think Jay Garrick doesn't have it, because the whole team would have a defense of 17, plus he's your runner, so he'll rarely be with the pack. I do want to know how they figure Nightcrawler is so much cheaper than Jay Garrick, when he has super senses, does two damage, has as many clicks, and a team ability?

I'm not so sure that Fury is a member of the JSA. My R-Fury does not have JSA on the dial. Is this a misprint, or is the units section wrong?

none of my Rookie Fury's have JSA on the dial either, and I have about 8 of them! Does anyone have a Rookie Fury with JSA on the dial? And why does Wizkids hate the JSA so much!? How does Starman (I don't care which version), much less Jay Garrick Flash not get a JSA symbol. When was Jay Garrick not a member of the JSA? All of two seconds maybe!? Good grief!! I'm glad I'm not the only upset JSA fan! :cool:

I've noticed a bunch of inaccuracies in the on-line figure gallery. I guess we'll have to wait and see if they intended Rookie Fury to be JSA or not (in her latest retcon, the original Fury was in the JSA in the 40s).

Also, Hawkman got totally screwed. He should be JSA as a rookie, JLA as experienced, and back to JSA as a vet. He also should have had at least a couple of clix of SS, and one click of Regen for his healing factor. His rookie should have Leadership and his vet should have Perplex.

I'd also like to see a Kator Tol Hawkman as a Unique sometime.

Just give a JSA Dr. Fate and I'll be happy. He's possibly the best mystic in the DC Universe. I was very disappointed when I found out he wasn't going to be in CJ.

I really need a Veteren Captain Marvel with the JSA team ability and Wildcat.

about the inaccuracies I have 2 rookie easy co medics with no support. Maybe that reflects a lack of field training. :)
