I just read #5 good twist. Very good flow however, I dont know if you read my post in the superman thread .It was about detail. given the readers a little and letting their imagination do the rest. There's a line were you say "They both had been chloroformed" this is the perfect oppurtunity to give us some detail without leading us by the hand. "Just suggestions" but you could have said "the smell of chloroform still fresh in his nostrils. The taste of it a tingling the buds of his tongue", But I love the way you have fresh ideas and the flow is very good which is important to keep the readers mind from losing focus.

heres a good one for you: What if Reed Richards had formed the Avengers to deal with the Hulk threat.

instead of coming back from space and forming the ff they come back in time to hear on the news of this rampaging beast and answer the call along with a few other heroes.

I've enjoyed your stories very much - sort of a cross between the What If and Elseworlds stories.

To give you an idea what I like, I thought the best written of those was "What if Punisher Killed Daredevil?".

Your What If on slavery brought back memories of the Elseworlds one with Steel.

I've always loved What If? and Elseworlds. matter of fact, in the CyberVenom Creation: You Pick series, one of the figures that can be randomly selected (although it hasn't been posted yet) is What If? Wolverine from What If the X-Men lost "Inferno".

It's crazy!

As for creating What If's? and/or Elseworlds, I've got plenty of ideas, but I'm no good as a writer. I'm an artist. So here's some of the ideas I had. Some have plenty o' explaination, some don't.

1. What if?....After bonding with Peter Parker and
splitting ways with him, the Venom symbiote doesnt go
to Eddie Brock. It wants a bigger source, the techno
organic virus, the Phallanx.
The Venom Virus would be all but unstoppable. The
Venom symbiotes weaknesses, being fire and sonics,
would be nullified.
After a long battle against The X-men, Generation X,
and Spider-Man, the symbiote wins, with everyone
retreating, with the exception of Peter Parker, who
thinks he can beat it. The Virus would soon overtake
Parker, who now becomes......CyberVenom! (Great name,
huh?)
The Venom Virus would eventually take over Douglock,
who intern takes over SHIELD and the Red Skull!
Thus begins the Venom Virus (CyberVenom, the Phallanx,
Douglock, the SHIELD HoverBase, and the new, enhanced
Red Skull), vs. the Entire Marvel Universe.
Eventually the Marvel Universe would win, (of course),
and the Venom Virus would take the lives of Dr. Doom
(who tries to take over the virus), Iron Man (the
techno organic part of the virus takes over the armor
and crushes Tony), Cyclops (who dies saving Prof. X),
Blink (who eventually dies the exact same way she does
in the Marvel Universe now), Banshee(drowns while
trying to save Blink), Prof. X (who thinks he can beat
it mentally), Black Panther, SpiderMan (he dies with
the virus), and Daredevil (the virus overruns his
hightened senses, Matt goes crazy, becomes a
casualty)!

2. I've had plenty of Elseworlds thoughts. Like this one (and I've even started character development!): Suppose we live in a world where there are no Superheroes, no villains. Nothing. Life happens as usual. But, being a high tech entertainment era, the biggest thing to happen in the movie business around the world hits: the JLA. Their movie's effects and cast are so well done that the world actually believes that they are the real deal. They are Super-Celebrities.
But what happens when a real alien invasion happens? The world en masse turns to the JLA! A bunch of actors who in all purposes, are normal humans with absolutely no powers, yet they are the defenders of the planet!

3. Another Elseworlds, entitled "World's Finest". This one is based on mixing two of my favorite things: Comic Books and Pro Wrestling. Two of the world's most well known and favorite wrestlers "SuperMan" and "The Batman", team up to form the team "World's Finest". All's well inside the ring, but behind the curtain, the promoter of the federation, Lex Luthor, secretly wants them down and out. When World's Finest turn down an offer to lose their big title match against "Doomsday-The Forever Man" and "The Jokester", Lex takes it into his own hands by kidnapping the teams Manager, Lois Lane, who happens to be SuperMan's wife! Can World's Finest find Lois in time? Will they lose the belts in a chance to save her? Can two of the world's biggest wrestling fans, Jimmy Olsen and Tim Drake, help in any way, shape, or form?

what if instead of being friendly, Martian Manhunter came to be ruler earth?

Superman could be like the leader of the revolution. I dont know if this would be a good story, I dont really know the story behind MM. I think it would be cool.

What if gwen stacy wasnt killed when she was thrown off the bridge? How would have ASM #122 changed? How would have the rest of the series changed? What if it was MJ who was killed? or even Aunt May?

or

What if Doc Ock successfully married Aunt may?

In A What-If Story #4 I had The Vision put on the Green Lantern ring. However, I am on the horns of a dilemma. I have to question myself about this, thus I need your opinion, educated or otherwise.

The GL ring works by willpower. Can The Vision make it work?

Hmm... Well I would say he could use it because he's able to make choices and act on those applying willpower (okay, of a more mechanical nature) to whatever ends to effect his choices.

I don't see why Vision wouldn't be able to use it. He's not completely a robot, he's an android, which makes him a living being, thus allowing him to have willpower. Shoot, he's more human than half of the Avengers. If I remember correctly, when Vision was asked to join the Avengers, he cried. The stinkin' robot cried! He's got the willpower. :)

dr strange had gotten the power from eternity to defeat mordo and dormmamu?

the girl never helped dr strange defeat dormmamu, and dormmamu defeated dr strange and tried to take over earth?

captain america had gotten amnesia from being frozen and was found buy loki and became evil?

dr. doom had defeated the fantastic four with the silver surfers powers and drove for world conquest?

green goblin didn't die from the collision with his glider?

instead of a sinister six, it is the sinsister seven! and it included scorpion?

masada...there is no reason he couldnt use it, it functions off of will...and vision has will....it would probably just not be very powerful. he would have to be very careful. also creativity would be limited. on the other hand, because he is very literal- he might just come up with some uses "humans" would never of thought of.

I go for what-ifs with a psychological twist. For example:

1. What if Bruce Wayne were Doctor Doom?
Not that farfetched. Make Bruce the young prince of Latervaria, parents killed by dissidents backed by the CIA. Bruce uses his nation's fortune to train himself and develop a suit of armor to combat the evils of imperialism. Enter his archenemies, U.S. government agents mutated by cosmic radiation: The Human Bat, Ivy Girl, The Bane (who wasn't fully mutated, and requires regular blood transfusions from the other three to retain his tremendous strength) and Mr. Enigma (Reed Richards/Riddler amalgam, with genius warped into a kind of unpredictable insanity that even Bruce can't fathom or outwit).

2. What if Clark Kent were Thor?
Ragnarok occurs, and when Thor dies, Odin sends his spirit to earth to inhabit the infant body of Clark Kent. Kent grows up, learns about justice, responsibility and the American way from his parents, then one day goes to investigate a meteor that landed in his family's crops. It turns out to be Mjolnir, and Kent is transformed into Thor. Problem is, Odin wants Thor to avenge the Asgardians against the Frost Giants and become a true Norse warrior, but Kent is something of a boy scout and has other, less bloodthirsty ideas about how to use his new-found powers.

What if Peter Parker were not the only one bitten by the radioactive or genetically altered spider? Have others that were bitten causing stranger mutations. It's determined by these others (or the people treating them) that transfusions from the newly arrived Spider-man will make them more human and controllable. They and the mutations are hunting Spider-man.

How about just a great evil team up of mercs...
Power Man, Iron Fist, Taskmaster, Deadpool, Silver Sable, Elektra, Deathstroke, maybe a couple of others whom I can't think of right now. Out to save the world...for a price.

Anything with Deadpool and Taskmaster would be great...I jsut love those guys...(old Taskie of course) Taskmaster's school of Merc's, much like Xavier's school. Takes in exceptional people and trains them.
