Tourney's in Peoria, IL!

Sunday, 8/17/03 at 2:30 pm- Bruiser Brawl. 600 point game. no duplicates. all figs must be 75 points or more except for one generic who can be less. mixed universe.

Sunday, 8/31/03 at 2:30 pm - Team game. 300 points. no duplicates. all figs must have same team affiliation. 1 wildcard is allowed but must be under 50 points. mixed universe.

I will be using the new tourney rules (no smacking figs in the starting area).

All games are held at Peoria Pizza Works on Prospect Ave.

I think the more important new tourny rule at Pizza Works is if the dice fall on the floor or land on an angle you have to reroll them- with those itty-bitty tables, this could become a giant annoyance problem. Eh, no matter. I'll see you on Sunday.

Sunday, 9/14 at 2:30 pm - "Clone Wars". 400 point game. all figs must have at least one duplicate! The dupe doesn't have to be the same R/E/V level. A fig is considered a dupe if it has the same name and/or scuplt as another fig. mixed universe.

Standard rules (we are not using Indy rules yet).

Time for another one!

Sunay, 10/14 at 1:30 pm - Grab Bag tourney! Every player will receive a grab bag (completely random... honest!) of 3 sealed fliers and 5 grounded figs. You play with what's in the bag... that's your team, whatever it is. After the tourney's over, you keep the 8 figs... all at NO CHARGE!

We will be using the INDY RULES! I want everyone to try them out at least once before the marquee.

Had a great turnout on the grab bag (20 players!) including a few new players. I just wanted to take the opprotunity to thank my regular players who were very gracious in helping out the new players today. You guys are great!

It's time again!

Sunday, 11/9 at 1:30 pm - 200 Point Rookie Rumble
- 200 point rookie only army
- no dupes
- mixed universe
- no big figs, uniques, LEs, or tokens
- whichever figs you use in your rookie army, be sure and bring the exp and vet versions as well (if you're using R Blizzard, bring the Exp & Vet Blizzards too).

I've got a special senario lined up, but it'll be a suprise when players show up! :)

I've also added an Ant-Man/Yellowjacket to the prize pool! Yep, that's right... whoever wins has the option of taking home A & Y!!
