Well, Prieview solicites orders for stuff 2 months in advance, so if you were to order through Previews look for it in the catalog listed for October (should be out late September?). As for how other people offer up preorders I have no clue.

There will most likely be on-line vendors taking preorders, and certain stores may be willing to take your order now if you ask them about it.
