I love the new titles out of Image: Invincible and Tech Jacket. They're by the same writer, gave great stories and crisp art, great colors, and there's something ethereal, at least for me. They kind of hearken back to a silver-age kind of feel with fun and laid-back attitude without the gimmicks of the SA that people hated.

I enjoyed Invincible #1 but had to cut things from my reading stack...sad to say Invincible did not make the cut...I hope to go back to it some day.

If you are a fan of things Vertigoish, or if you follow the BBC Dr. Who novels, Faction Paradox is a good book. FP only started in DW, and the connection ends there, so you don't have to worry about being in the dark. No more than anyone else anyway.

You guys probably already know, but the team on Invincible also did the last Superpatriot mini-series. It was very good.

Is there going to be a TP of the first Invincible arc? I really really wanted to get this book. I was just stone broke from Clix when the first few issues came out.

I just finished reading Brit. It is a black & white from Image. It is about an indestructable government agent and the agency turning on him...much like Red.

Lara Croft: Tomb Raider is a sweet book. High octane adventure with just the right amount of threat and tongue in cheek humour.

Tony Daniel is at the height of his artistic game.

You guys may laugh, but GI Joe: Frontline has been really good as of late.
