From Dr. Gandalf's rulings...
Hypersonic Speed - HSS can be used with a Free Move ability when using the Move Action option, not the Power Action option (Move Action is the 1st option).

Hypersonic Speed's Writeup in the PAC...
Choose one of the following: (1) When you give this character a move action, it automatically breaks away and may move through squares adjacent to opposing characters. This character receives one free action during it's movement that it may use to make a close combat or ranged combat attack. It can continue to use the rest of it's movement after making the attack.

So this tells me that the Flash can hit someone on a moveby using the JLA team ability and not have it count towards your actions for the turn. Correct or wrong?

That is 100 % correct. A free move and attack for no tokens. I orginally tought with the ruling that he would also be able to outwit but I believe that was over ruled.

steelknights xbox comment (s) on his page p*ssed me off. but he's got right to his opinion, no matter how wrong or outdated they are.

xbox is by far the best system. i could go on but this isn't a videogame website so i don't need to say anything besides that. ps2 is pure junk. thousands of games sure, but 80% of them suck.

and that's my very very short opinion

ok wait a second so it doesn't cost flash's team a action and he doesn't get a action token?

but can he move, use outwit, attack, move back?? outwit isn't a action, so i would think yes??

ksiazek7- correct, this move/attack is a "free move" not; costing an action from your allotted total. but flash DOES get a token, just as any free movers GET a token for moving. just doesnt go against your total for the turn.

deadpool91- ok theres two answers to this. this is according to Dr Gandalf at wizkids. you have two options concerning "free actions" (perplex, outwit, leadership, enhance)

1) (the official/tourney ruling) No, free actions must be used prior to the start of an action. flash can use his outwit before his action or before someone elses action, but not midway through his. (this is how we have been doing it)

2) (the ruling for "casual" play) yes he can move/ outwit/ attack/ move. all "fee actions" can be done at any time.

if i may make a suggestion: stick with the "official ruling" in your casual games. being able to perplex at anytime could become very messy.

example: i roll to hit Dr Doom need a 10. rolled a 9 oh im using gambits perplex to raise it one. but gambit doesnt have line of sight now, but he did when doom started his running shot, arrrrgh.......

anyway. you get my drift here right. officially no!
