She starts out with a single click of Stealth, so she can move up without being an easy target, then moves on to Running Shot for a click or two so she can maintain some mobility and still attack. Her range is never outstanding, but her Experienced and Veteran versions can attack two different targets at range. Alone she’s not a big threat, but with the right team she adds some nice abilities and flexibility that should come in handy.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Alright ... I'll admit that she actually looks half-way decent, especially if you put her with the rest of the Danger Girls. So, I may have to get the Danger Girls.
But, I'm still not going to buy very many boosters. Really. I don't need that many more cheap BCFers ... which seems to be pretty much all of the 'grunts' and 'common' figures in the set.
I just checked the units section for her vet and exp... neither can attack 2 different targets.
Of course the stats could be wrong here since it's fan based submissions.
Nice fig though
I'm dumbstruck at how knives can be used to "inconvenience" someone, unless perhaps you are handed butter knives to cut steak.

I'm looking forward to playing the Danger Girls to gether on a team - should be effective.

Hmmmmm. If the description is accurate the V is going to be a great figure. RS with double incapacitate at a nine attack value??
I'm now begining to question the validity of the spoilers. It appears we've been suckered again. I'm wondering if the "missing stats" were really provided by the actual figures or if they are from a playtester's Excel sheet that was used to try and fill in the holes. Just like the problems we had with errors from XP (shadowcat??) and CJ (R Lady Shiva and R Fury??).
If she does in fact have 2 range attacks then her V will be quite solid 10av is nothing to complain about for 54pts. Though I wonder if we'll get all these 3 dmg figs because they have 2 arrows?
Would she really be dealing out 3 clicks of damage h2h? unless she's really stong without the benefit of SS, sure. If she's just a chick with knives is 3 dmg really justified? I was under the impression that it was the benefit of rce to boost up range attacks. She does as much damage as Rogue for goodness sake....
Keep em coming. I'm still in shock over the current Indy stats in the Units section. I was very excited to read through those yesterday and am surprised not many of us have commented on them. In addition to standing nicely on their own, they do look to add a wonderful layer of new strategies and team options for our two current "families". I'm starting to regret not ordering a case.
I have looked over the units section and have also been keeping track of peoples opinions on this new set. So now here is my 2 cents.
Yeah there are a LOT of cheap stealt/BCFers in the set. But that is kind of what indy is all about. However most of the ones that I saw had a straight base damage rather than RCE or CCE, which gives you a decent alternate to BCF. Honestly I would almost always take 3 garunteed damage over a roll. Unless I am desperate for a kill.
The one thing that gets me about this set though, and it really gets me. Is that the majority of figures reside within 10 points of 50. And I only counted like 3 to 4 that were over 100. Now granted most Indy comic characters are not super powerfull (hence the plethera of swords), but a little varriation would be nice. This set is really going to rack in the 2-300 pt games, which is what the majority of tournements are. But what about those who play 500-1000 points regularly? You would have to use almost a complete set!
I do however like what looks to be a real lack of flyers. I was never a big fan of the ole one hit kill. I like to set up, annoy, and basically play with my opponents mind with subtle yet killer combos.
Until I actually play with the figs I can't say one way or another how my style will mesh, but if there is as much incapacitate as there appears to be then I am in for some fun!
Oh, yeah. Natalie looks to be pretty cool, especially with the dual incap and RS. I think with the Danger Girls being in this set it will really bring the power of the DG/Skrull team ability to the forefront. Having to choose another target or take another action is really nasty especially cause you can't reset anything that you have done before that point i.e. perplex/outwit/ movement of charge/RS. It can really mess you up. Its happened to me once or twice.
Wow this is longer than I expected.......

She could throw the knives and pin someone to a wall, or like that. Pretty inconvenient I'd say

Not impressed with Indy clix much after checking out the stats section. At least not enough to warrent buying anything but the starter set, and any boosters from the marquee tourneys. I think there's about 8 figures out of the whole set I'd like to have, Judge Death looks like he'd be fun to play.
Saving my moolah for Critical Mass...:)

any of you really hyped about indy clix go over and check out Comixfan.com. You will not be disappointed, or maybe you will.
One thing is for sure. The new rules will not be much of a hindrance for those playing straight up Indy games, especially when it comes to flyers.
Why danger girl TA on the Vet version? She did quit the team and all.............
Yeah, this fig just got a lot better in my eyes now that she’s supposed to have two-target Incap. Two targets, 6 inch range, and Running Shot on top of that? Ugly!
For those who are using the units section for all of their stats – there are a couple other figs who are supposed to be like that, as well. Vet Judge Dredd, for one.
The Danger Girls are probably one of the best sub-teams in the game:
Abbey Chase – Hard to hit Outwitter with EE. A 4/9 chance to dodge you regardless of your rolls is huge. Stealth also helps keep her alive and prevents your opponent from Outwitting her Super-Senses. Low offense, but EE allows her to harm wounded characters and medics. A great support piece and one of the best figs in the set.
Sydney Savage – Tie-up piece. Low offense, but Incap allows her to occasionally tie-up others. Her main strength is in her higher defense paired with the same combo of powers and team abilities that makes Abbey Chase such a pain to hit.
Natalia Kassle – Offensive support. Lack of Super-Senses actually makes her easier to hit than her teammates (though her defense is higher), but she’s got a solid AV and the ability to do 3 damage from 6 squares, plus and she can do a two-target Incap better than Batman.
I have the Exp. figure from Dragoncon. She has 4 range with two targets. 7 move, stealth, 10 attack and incapacitate. Second click is 6 running shot with an 8 attack and incapacitate. The units in for Indy were all Dragoncon submissions, so there may be errors.

What is her damage? Is she going to be ruined by the new multiple target damage allocation rules?
It looks like the stats are mostly right, but they got the number of arrows wrong. If that’s the case, then she starts out with a few clicks of two damage.
And without RCE, it’s hard for her to be really ruined. She either does 2 damage split among two targets, or she can take a shot at two targets with different defense values and do the click of damage to the one she actually hits.

i believe you could call it an inconvenience when someone throws a knife through the back of your calves or something. ;)

Sadly it appears as most are too busy commenting on how everyone is now worthless due to the new rules to comment on how absolutely kickarse this set is going to be to play with.
Looking at the cost it seems that the "Danger Girl Universe" of Three Girls and the Major add up to 200 points (or just under) using the Veteran/Unique of each - which is a nice little team.
Having looked at the spoilers in the units section - it seems that all you want is the Vets of each character and a couple of others just to round the points off. Most of the rest (apart from a couple of characters) do not really look like using. Just my opinion.

I have to take issue with Yeti's comment that indy comics are "all about" BCF and stealth. You'd certainly get that impression from some of the figures in this set, and even I'm not sure what the point of including both Shi and Kabuki was. However, there seems to be an enormous untapped potential in many of the lines contracted, particularly in the CrossGen universe (with which I'm not familiar) and 2000 AD, which I'd like to think I am.
The Samandahl Rey piece is just fantastic. I can't wait to play that one. The unique Hellboy is a must-have; his REV version, Lobster Johnson and Rasputin are just super, incredibly useful pieces which I'm really looking forward to fielding. Rasputin will definitely be Wildcarding CrossGen or Mystics.
An expansion could bring countless fantastic characters from 2000 AD which run the full gamut of clickable styles, from the near-invunerable war droids of The ABC Warriors to punched-through-Big-Ben's-tower superheroics of Zenith. There's the Banzai Battallion, inch-high pest control robots just screaming "con exclusive." Revere, the witchboy of post-apocalyptic London, perplexes enemies with swarms of butterflies and close-combat experts with a spitstream of broken glass. Slaine, first High King of Ireland, warps into a giant with the power of the earth goddess and slays entire armies of Fomorian Sea Devils, with CCE and Flurry. Indigo Prime's time-warping operatives Max Winwood and Ishmael Cord wouldn't have very high attack values, but dials loaded with outwit and phasing. Give me clicks of Nikolai Dante's siblings of the Romanov Dynasty: Lulu's hordes of insects, Natasha's acidic vomit, Konstantin's unstoppable power spheres.
And I'm sure Mr. Fantastic has come up with dozens of novel ways to send Galactus away from Earth, but he's never once jumped down his giant mouth and pounded almighty heck out of his internal organs like the Balls Brothers did to a similar menace.
Okay, I'm massively biased. But it truly is a shame that so much of this expansion has been based around inexpensive babes with shallow dials and identical powers when there is even more of a huge, broad scope of characters and powers in the comic worlds of smaller publishers than in Marvel and DC.
Having said that, the Vet Natalia should definitely have BCF with 11 attack and Mastermind, as she is a traitorous, backstabbing harpie, although not a very deep dial.
Is it saying something about the potential popularity of IndyClix that this post has been up for 6.25+ hours and has only 23 replies?
yuk yuk points of suck

I really like danger girl so i am excited about this figure, she rocks.. though i do wish they had her vet be a trator like she was in the comics... or make a unique of her after she switched over... other than that this fig looks great, i did not order a case as i don't have that much money but i am glad that i pre-ordered a fair number of boosters... and i predict this set to do just fine and prove all the nay-sayers wrong

Dude, I just went through the IndyClix stats and most of the figures DO have BCF, so don't take exception. I'm not willing to go through and do statistics, but I would challenge someone to count up all the figures and see how many have the BCF stat somewhere on their dial.
Judge Death rocks the hizzouse..except for his useless 0 damage dial...what were they smoking??
are tose knives translucent

Someone did that on another thread and according to their count it was 50%. Of course we'd need another count to confirm.

That's to reflect his being discorporeated i.e. a spirit. He gets phasing & Impervious, but no ability to damage others
You can either float him back to yr medic or push for a few turns to re-form him.
Where's Peter Venkman when you need him . . ?
Hmmm, another upmarket Thug.
Well, as I've said before, these figs will at least add variety to Shadow's Ninja / Soldier hordes...
Seriously, not a bad figure - now RELEASE THE FIGURES IN THE UK !!!
(sobs unconsolably in the corner for a bit...)

He has 3 clicks of 0 out of 11 clicks! Two of those are with phasing and the last with regen. It's pretty obvious that at those points in his dial he's not sticking around to knock people around. Get that boy healed up and back to some arse kicking! Don't know how that's all useless.
Leadership, SS, and a few BCF thats all. 1 or 2 damage with RCE/1 damage. Leadership for exp/at least vet. She nearly kills all the DG's/goes traitor after their first mission. She was a double agent for the Hammer Empire. No SS? Come on. For a figure with a knife in each hand and every piece of artwork showing her holding at least one blade BCF would have made sense at least few on the dial. Logic. 3 damage is too much thats what RCE is for. Though she did use the knives to inconvinience opponents she really just killed them with the things. SHE'S A KILLER, NOT A CIRCUS ACT! Annoy her enemies? Not her style. Geez. Nice figure, its NOT Natalia though.

i don't think incapacitating someone is merely "annoying" them.
