Welcome to the Weekly Indy Comics Review Thread!

Whoops, I screwed up, and didn't set up the thread last week before heading out of town, so this week you get a double, and an extra run-on sentence!

Every week we'll put up a "sticky" thread like this one so people can review and discuss the current weeks Indy comics.

The threads will stay at the top of the Indy Comics forum from Wednesday afternoon until the next Wednesday morning, after which time they'll be "unstuck" and return to their chronological spot in the forum, to be replaced by the current week's thread. Each thread will be marked with the ! icon.

Another great Issue! Now that Shockwave has been stopped, let's see what happens with Megatron. Given the fact that there have been similarities between his departure from the Decepticons in bith this series and the movie...is Galvatron's time near? Is Unicron's introduction at hand!

Like the thing that was done with Magnus' white cab version. Never seen that before, and it kind of threw me for a loop! But it was a welcomed surprise, as up to that point the Autobots were pretty muched doomed!

Great series!

Ok, first I LOVE Transformers, and I loved the first War Within series. I thought it was cool re-definition of the beginning of the Optimus/Megatron era.

Now, I thought this was a solid issue. The story was cool, the introduction of the new Transformer was cool. BTW, my brother and I are debating whether it's a cross between Megatron and Optimus- I don't think so as we were told that a new Transformer was going to be introduced in this series.

My problem is that I felt that we were going to delve deeper into the past-before the original War Within, and it was a real let down to discover otherwise.

Holy Guacamole! This issue was great!

If you like Snake-Eyes and Stormshadow.....this issue focuses on their rivalry, and it has some real mortifying stuff! Wait till you see.....

The awakening of the Autobots is cool, and if you saw the very first episode of the Original Transformers cartoon, it will bring back some memories.

The Cobra Commander/Destro and Megatron/Starscream relationships are coming to a head, and that could prove to be way cool for the next issue!

Very good issue! I am still enjoing this alot better than Images GI Joe vs Transformers series!

Negation# 22:
This is one of the best ooks from CrossGen. The characters are well developed and you do feel a sense of loss when they die. If you were ever a fan of the Alien Legion then you should be reading the Negation.

Sojourn #28:
Greg Land just has such beatiful pencils. This is one of the most well rendered books industry wide. Fans of the fantasy genre should be reading this book...everybody should be reading this book. The group is marrooned on a desert island and there is a looney mad doctor character here that is just totally sick and twisted.
