Just thought I should state this, since I have been asked:

The venue owner is Ben Sulfferidge. Ben is available from Wednesday-Sunday usually around 3 pm W-F, and from 11-6 on SAT & Sunday.

If he is not available, please be sure to either leave a message with whoever answers the phone, or pm me; or contact me at the above mentioned e-mail address.

Ben will also handle all of the preregistration process.

Given the amount of responses that we have received regarding this event:

So I strongly advise that if you plan on playing, you get your pre-registration take care of..........especially if you live outside of the Roseburg area.

Dude, if you could just move that back to the weekend of the 27th-28th, I could maybe actually be there. Or, even better, during the week of the 29th-2nd.

I'm going to be in Albany / Jefferson that week visiting family and would love the chance to play some Clix ... especially for the massive amounts of prizes you're giving away!

At last count, 8 people have confirmed, with about 10 others verbally comitting themselves.

We would like for people to start showing up early enough to sign in, get instructions, go through their boosters, get paired up, and start the first round EXACTLY at noon.

And yes....300 points......pizza.....soda...LE's ...boosters...CRITICAL MASS MARQUEE...he has a great selection of individual figs..and is supposed to have a big restock of boosters....

I'm getting more stoked. Just a few notes, and then it's up to you to be there!

CALL and CONFIRM! Even now you are able to do this! After Friday it's first come first served for atleast the first 22 players! After that it's a carpshoot! Don't drive all this way to find that you can't play!

Please try your hardest to show up and be signed in by 11:30.

At 11:30, we will begin the booster/team selection, and pairing process! You will have 25 mins to build your force, and register it. It is a pretty involved process, so we need EVERYONE to be ready to rock by 11:30!

Rounds will be 50 mins..and you will have a 10 min break in between rounds. At some point, we will take a 15-30 min break for pizza!

The mall opens at 9 am, and remember people will be Christmas shopping. Which means that PARKING WILL BE DIFFICULT TO COME BY. So the earlier you get there, the better off you will be.

I suggest you try to park by the Skippers side of the mall, as JJ's is right across from Skippers.

Parking by Sears, Rite-Aide, IHOP, or Round table is ok, but you will just have to trek through the shopping madness. If it's raining, you'll be a little more wet.

If you are coming from Eugene-your commute will be about 1 hr 10 min. via I-5

Medford: 1 hr 45 min via I-5

Grant's Pass: 1 hr via I-5

Coos Bay/North Bend 1 hr 30 min-2 hours via HWY 42 (once you get to Winston, and the Cheetah statue at the light, turn left and just follow that till you get to the I-5 junction and take the NORTH on ramp).

Reedsport; 1 hr 45 mins via Hwy 38 (take the Sutherlin junction just out side of Elkton---it's faster than going to Drain, and cutting down on I-5 Follow that to Sutherlin, and once you get to the freeway, take the South exit to Roseburg)

You will be looking for the Roseburg Valley Mall exit. I don't remember the number, exactly, but it may also say Edenbower Blvd exit.

Please adjust your traveling schedule and remember to drive safley. The weather looks to be teribbly wet, and it would put a damper on things if something happened to one of you, on your way to or from here.

IF ANYONE HAS A CM U HULK, AND IS IN NEED OF A CM BETA RAY BILL, LMK VIA PM-AND BE SURE TO BRING IT WITH YOU! After finalizing a trade with Redleg, I pulled one! :(

Your exit would be 127.. Thats leads to the Roseburg valley mall.I have a hulk. But this does you no good. Also People can go to yahoo maps to find out how to get there.
