And yeah it seems based on the reviews we're getting from our counter parts in the US, that the commons and some uncommons are pretty interesting. x23 seems solid for 35 points. Iceman, inspite of his whopping 100 points apparently has its uses thanks to slippery. Yes the return of cheap tkers!:p

Disappointing daw si archangel and uncommon cyclops. Morph is a bit too over costed for a fig that's mostly shape change.:ermm: I suppose we'll know for ourselves when we get our share of Mutations...(well not OUR share of being mutated, i mean our share of the set...you get the picture...:p )

Ewan ko lang ha. Personally, I like the figs in M&M, but I don't mind the set getting a little bit delayed. One issue is money needs to be spent elsewhere for the holidays. The other is that I need more time to use all the other new clix I collected over the year. There are still some unused Origins, Avengers and JL figs in my boxes that I haven't tried playing with yet. That's just me though.

I'm not sure how to translate DBZ into clix, i havent even tried yet. Just too powerful if you ask me.

Dont forget psylocke REV. favorite enhancement choice back then for doc doom especially with xmen TA. RS + EE + enhancement on 1 one turn. Push to RS + EE + Enhancement on 2nd turn. Use xmen TA on turn 2. Doom back to his starting click. I remember using this concept back in the first galactus tourney. With dupes, i had 2 Psylocke R's and 2 jean grey R's for the cheap xmen and extra enhancement. HELLO EE.

Storm V was cheese during the flier carry flier days. 10 atk, 4 damage at 10 range. Pair her up with inv girl R, place her on top of a hindering terrain, equals 21 def.

HeroClix Tournament Format

Construct two 500 point armies with the following format :

500 pts Restricted
(Characters/Bystander Tokens/FCs/BFCs)
“Themed Team Format” (Keyword)
The 2 constructed armies must have different “Keyword” themes. (ex. : Army 1 – Gotham City, Army 2 – Metropolis)
Only 3 actions per turn
No need to show FCs.
Maximum of only 2 feat cards assigned to a character.
Maximum of only 2 duplicates of feat card type per team.
(ex. Only 2 of your characters per army can have the “Protected” Feat)
Show BFCs
No duplicate characters, even generics.
And finally, my "twist" for the tourney, we did this years ago and I think it will be a lot of fun. After the players roll dice for “initiative”, each player take turns (Player 1 goes first) to choose which among their opponent’s 2 constructed armies their opponent will use for the duration of their match against each other. This will test our players skills at constructing and playing themed armies.

Then kung may M&M na, it would be this?

And finally, my "twist" for the tourney, we did this years ago and I think it will be a lot of fun. After the players roll dice for “initiative”, each player take turns (Player 1 goes first) to choose which among their opponent’s 2 constructed armies their opponent will use for the duration of their match against each other. This will test our players skills at constructing and playing themed armies.

Interesting. It's gonna be tough preparing for this one. I'm gonna have to bring a lot of Clix with me when I go back to the Metro tomorrow...

Javey, I don't know if it's luck or you really do have a knack of identifying good boosters. Even in Horrorclix maswerte mga pulls mo. Good find bro.

As for the new flying rules, I'm ok with it. I rarely use soaring anyway since I like playing in the indoor maps. My only peeve is, this was supposed to make pieces easier to store and avoid breakage. Looking at that new Kyle Rayner sculpt makes me think "where's the improvement?" It looks good, but I imagine that sculpt will be a little difficult for me to store as well. But that's just one fig. The others might be better. This actually explains why the Black Adam fig that we saw earlier has no flight stand.

One more thing: Yyaaayyy, Kyle Rayner!!!

Finally saw the pics of the new GL for crisis. personally i'm not totally for the change in the flight rules. Some of my tactics with flying characters involves soaring, sigh, oh well we let change move us forward.:rolleyes:
