Parang yung bago sa Unleashed lang ang dadagdag sa Marvel if I read this right.

unleashed is getting 2 new team abilities and 4 new powers. Ultimates is getting 4 new team abilities (from what I've read totally new team abilities at that) and new powers.
So it's not just the powers and abilities from unleashed.

Finally Marvel seems to have a lot of promise. Buti naman they decided to release a set that has interesting characters. Ghost rider, Cap, Spiderman, Wolverine. But they never let go of Wolvie and Spidey in every set now do they? Hopefully this set has a lot of promise, who knows? I might actually collect the set after abstaining from Marvel for 8 months now. Ghost Rider is one of my favourites anyway. : )

Guys who split cases, can you share how you guys do it? Paano ang usapan kung iisa lang ang regular fig? (like for example, only one rookie spiderman)... Do you guys play for it or something? I'm sure very fair pa rin in the end.

Si alfred lang at robin ang talagang cheap sa DC. The IG medic needs a partner to work, the vet costs more than BP. At si Panther, cheap, stealthed free-moving outwitter. Scouts, on the other hand, are slow and fragile (6 speed and 3 clicks of life on the Rookie)
Anyway, i'm thinking that batgirl isn't really that "cheap". With Combat Reflexes, L/C, Outwit, Incap and Bat TA, i think her AV would be 8 on the R and E and 9 on the vet (i could be wrong about this)

HEhehe... what i meant by cheap is a piece that can take charge of the game even when the main pieces are down.... based on the description of batgirl....she can definitely bring it on . ;)

Ahem! Hindi po ako tumitiwalag. Sinasabi ko lang at least may quality na ang fig. That's the reason I didn't buy CM in the first place. Pero, in terms of playability malamang DC parin. Bibili lang ako kasi masyado marami pera ko kailangan kong mabawasan. :cool:
On another note DC still kicks Marvel @ss so I don't need to elaborate further.

Mga pipol, talagang nakakabago ng aura ang Playstation 2. Matindi itong religion na ito! Obssession na yata ito. Yun din ang burden ko na ayaw ko ng i-share sa mga true friends ko dito sa Realms. Parang si Frodo ako, "This burden I will bear on my own". Hindi ako nagbago, kahit anong mangyari love ko talaga kayo, hindi yung love na gustong ikama pero yung brotherly love na kahit anong mangyari, friends ko talaga kayo. Malapit na ang Holy Week kaya nagkakaganito ako.

After taking an early lead, DC seems to have fallen behind. Vision rallies the Marvel troops by sweeping (yes you read it correctly, SWEEPING) his DC android counterpart (Amazo if you're wondering).
Lots more battles scheduled for this weekend. Keep checking. ;)
Other news:
- Wonder Woman and Batman seem to have taken the ruler of Latveria by surprise. Will Doom recover and avenge his humiliation?
- Thor falters against Wonder Woman but regains some ground against Despero.
- Doom comes out fighting and gets first blood against Amazo.
- Dr. Samson still waits for an opponent by the sideline. :)

To make things worse, Chivalry used the "Teletran bluff" on ME! And it WORKED!
Chivalry clobbered Doc Samson with his Despero! Never was Doc Samson taken out so easily. It was like taking candy from a baby!

The LE's before used to be for the second to third tier figures. Seldom for first tier figures. That's why you have LE's of people like Joey the Snake, Pharzoof, Val-or etc. With the release of Unleashed, Wizkids has stated that they are changing that policy and the new LE's will be more focused on the first and second tier figs (Thus Super girl and Hal Jordan for the Marquee). Also keep in mind that LE support to us here in the Philippines might be limited and we might not actually receive the correct kits for the events we sign up for. Most of the time, we make do with what we have. :)

REcently there have been quite a few announcements from Wizkids regarding the future of Heroclix. Before we all start running around and scream that the end of our beloved game is at hand, let me try and give my insights on what's been happening and hopefully, give you guys a better understanding of it all.
Sold-out sets:
Let's tackle this first. A few months back it was announced that Clobberin' Timehad sold-out already. Recently Xplosion was announced to have sold-out too. Simply put, this means that the supply of Clobberin' Time and Xplosion that Wizkids has in their warehouses has been depleted. They have no more stock. What you see on your store's shelves are probably the last boosters you'll ever find.
What does it mean to us, the players?
For the current players of Heroclix who have been here for quite awhile, practically nothing. At this point in time, I'd have expected you to have completed your sets already or to have collected all the figs that you want from the aforementioned sets (except possibly for Nightcrawler...). So it shouldn't really bother you that they have sold out of CT and XP. Actually, you should be happy because that means that Wizkids will probably have earned enough to be able to make new sets and continue producing Heroclix.
For newer players, it'll mean a harder time looking for those figs that everyone considers "must-haves". Instead of pulling the figs from a booster, most probably you'll have to resort to secondary means to acquire the figs that you want/need (e-bay, trades, etc).
How can they be so cruel you ask? How can they leave the newer players out in the cold without their Dr. Dooms, Thors, Con Artists, and Paramedics? Well it all comes down to what Wizkids is. First and foremost it is a business. After everything is said and done, no matter how close you may feel to their representatives and all, Wizkids is a business. And to keep on producing a certain set indefinitely is not the best way to run a business. A one or two year run is probably more than enough to get their product circulated in the market. After this they do have to prepare for the next few releases. It's like a car manufacturer. Do you still see anyone manufacturing a Ford Model-T? Or even a 1982 Mitsubishi Lancer?
This then leads us to our second topic:
Set Retirement and Marvel Universe:
With the advent of newer sets, the character pool that players get to choose from continues to increase. For players who were there since day 1, this is all well and good. What about newer players who start say...4 expansions from now. Unfortunately for them, they will be quite limited in the figures that will be available for their use. Because of limited production runs, the chances that they'll ever get "power figures" like say...Nightcrawler, Amazo, Hellboy and such decrease with each passing set. To keep the playing field pretty even, Wizkids has decided to retire some sets from official tournament play.
From my point of view, this'll open up quite a lot of possibilities for Wizkids and players in general.
Newer players who want to be competitive will have an easier time getting into the game. Now they can enter tournaments without having to fear that the veteran player with the Doom-perplex team will dominate, while he's stuck using his newer, "weaker (relatively speaking)" figs. At least in this way, they can be assured that the figures that are currently available in the market will be the ones that will be seeing the most play.
Wizkids designers will also be able to come up with new figures and abilities with less worry about whether it will be too powerful or if it will overshadow an older figure (as an example, do you see anyone using Scarlet Witch anymore? Ever since Black Cat and Destiny came out, they've been the norm). Newer combinations and powers can be created. Newer sets can feature more favorite, "named" figures. Seriously, Umar? Ulik? The General? Big Barda? Rocket Red? Who are they? Why would I be interested in sets containing those figures? Personally I'd rather have remakes of old favorites like Hawkeye (PLEASE!!!), GL, Cap, Doomsday and the like.
Veteran players also stand to benefit from set retirement. Aside from the increased tournament attendance brought about by the new players, retiring old sets will help in rekindling the interest that these vets have in the game. After a few sets, I can say that it does become boring. Seeing the same teams over and over again does not help create a fun game.
However, it is still disheartening to know that eventually the figures that you paid so much for and probably traded your soul away for will eventually be deemed "obsolete". This however only really becomes a problem if you're a regular and serious tournament player. There will eventually be "unrestricted" tournaments though. These will mean that all your old figs can still be used for tournament play. However, these will probably not be as often as the restricted tournaments (I'd say one unrestricted tourney a month. Of course Wizkids has to focus more on their newer sets).
Also, Wizkids has mentioned that figures from retired sets may sometimes get reprinted in newer sets (Marvel Universe for example). These figures, if their dials are unchanged can still be used even in restricted tournaments. Meaning that if Psylocke is re-issued in Marvel Universe and her dial is still the same as her dial in XP, then old players with the XP version of Psylocke can still play with that version. Older players need not invest in getting the newer versions unless they are collectors who really must grab every version of every figure.
Regarding Marvel Universe. With the retirement of the Infinity Challenge set, Wizkids has also introduced the new "base" set for Marvel. This is the Marvel Universe set. Starting this summer, this will be the new starter set for Marvel Heroclix. As has been previously announced, this set will consist of figures from both Infinity Challenge and Xplosion (Uniques will be from IC though I think). As I mentioned earlier, all the figures that are included in this set will still be legal for restricted tournament play as will their counterparts in the IC and XP sets. The only really new figs with new dials will be the ones in the starter pack. So don't expect to see Thanos with new powers, or Firelord with weaker stats or the like.

This is very much what I'm thinking about... Heroclix is going to be like MTG. Type 1 and Type 2 tournies will be the theme.
My gripe about this is that I do not think there really is a need to retire sets at all. All Wizkids can do is reprint nice ones in the new set and there you have it. Only new collectors who would like the old retired piece would have trouble buying such from a store.
Anyway, I do see some wisdom in this because I used to be a MTG player. If none got "retired", then I'd e facing off against Moxes and a guy who will "Black Lotus, summon Ball Lightning, Taiga, Mox Ruby, Bloodlust, Mox Emerald, Berserk" me in his first turn. I'll only probably survive if I played first, put down an island, and had a cheap Unsummon in my hand.
So.. why don't they just reprint the moxes then?!? Ok.. so everyone would be using Moxes then. And that would be boring. :)
There you have it! The wisdom that is retirement. But I'll really miss Thor if he's not reprinted soon. Here's hoping to a new Thor that would put KC Superman and Superman SOD to shame! :grin:

Didn't you just contradict yourself there? You don't think that there is a need to retire sets but then in the next paragraph you give a perfect example why they should retire sets?

Not only would it be boring, but they won't re-issue them because the plates and the factory space and the manpower and the paint and everything else that would be used to create more versions of current figures could be better used to create new figures for the new sets. ;) Would you rather have more of the current REV Thor in the market right now or newer figures with new powers?
Like I said, it's been over a year since these sets have been released. That's more than enough time for the product to circulate in the market. Why would you want to keep flooding the market with the same model year in and year out? :)
And just so there's no confusion, let's use the terms reprint, re-issue, and such to mean that the figure is being released without any changes in its dial from the original set. If you mean a new version of Thor or the like with new powers and everything, then it isn't a reprint.

Bace, the thing is, the first reaction is a "gripe". Then it becomes oh so clear. :) I know exactly what I typed. It's sad to be "retired" but it paves way to newer gameplay. But I am sure the guy who spent a lot for that MTG super mox-using combo is sad that he can't use them most of the time since most plays are in Type 2. You got the business aspect right on the nail on that logic that Type 2 opens the door to new and more players.
As for the Thor, I'll really miss using the current Thor and will be happy if he was re-printed. But if he's not going to be reprinted, then I'm hoping for a new one that will be putting the new Supermen to shame. ;)

When the Marvel Universe comes out and is legal by June 2, 2004, then that's the time IC and XP are "retired" and is not legal for restricted play. Only figs that are reprinted (exactly like the original) will still be allowed.
So kinda like Alpha-Unlimited versus Revised ed of MTG where older cards that are exactly like or also available in Revised were allowed. Non-reprinted or clix that have been altered in the new set are the ones that cannot be used.

Wala pang announcements kung kailan retirement ng CT and XP. When Universe comes out, IC will be retired.
And yes, only figs with the exact same dials as the originals will be legal.

here's my 2 delayed reactions...
1. on set retirement, i believe in what teletran/bace said about how in the end, it would enhance the game and make it even better and always changing.. kinda keeps it from going stale. on the otherhand though, what about the collectors? like me for example, i wont be able to complete my xmen team now that nightcrawler has been discontinued, unless i pay heaps amount of money at ebay or unless wizkids decides to make an REV version of him in the future with "adjusted" stats... which brings me to my second point.
2. the main reason why i stopped playing magic ccg is that i've got this feeling that "inuuto lang nila ko". i mean, with the demise of the dual lands, came the dual/pain lands.. no more lightning bolt? lets try a new red spell - 2 mana - 2 damage.. or one of the worst things they did - d'ya miss black lotus? well here's a lotus petal... i mean - why bother? i will just be reminded of how glorious when the game started compared to what they're offering now...
i hope the new characters they create rock!.. the new ghost rider looks cool.. i hope they improve on some old "unplayable" characters like ironman or hawkeye.. and i truly hope that the next time i open a critical mass booster, nightcrawler would be there smiling at me... ok ok, thats more of a wish rather than a hope...

kaerverk, I can understand your "pain" there. But I guess all the "pros" just outweigh the "cons" and therefore the decision to reitre sets and so forth.
"inuuto lang"... yup! But at the very least, there'll be unrestricted format anyway so pieces that really get retired will still be usable then. They just give more airtime for the newer figs.
If one plays casual games, there aren't any fixed rules anyway so play away. Use the promo figs if you like. :)
So let's count some cons:
- collectors will have a harder time looking for retired sets. (which is the case in any kind of game anyway since manufacturers eventually stop manufacturing a certain thing)
- players who would like to use retired pieces can't do so in tourneys using the restricted format.
- die-hard collectors will have to keep spending more for figs that are almost similar to their old figs.
Now the pros:
- Restricted (usual) game environment keeps changing
- Team formations and "champs" change as tired, tried and tested super teams of old may no longer be combo'ed in restricted format.
- More future variety
- Chance for carp figs to be remade, hopefully made better, in newer sets. I agree with Bace that we really need a new Hawkeye. A Hawkeye that will be as useful as Green Arrow but not a GA clone I hope.
- Attract new players into getting into the game without the fear against "broken" figs that may not have been reprinted in the new set which are only available to veteran players. (con artist bombing, anyone?)
- helps ensure that Wizkids always have sales (attrating new and keeping the veteran players) since we keep buying and therefore help the game not to die.
- and maybe some more you guys can add into.
Here's a quote for everyone:
We can't say if change is going to make things better or worse... but if we don't have changes, things definitely will not get any better.
For most dice rolling guys like us who take risks rolling a crit miss everytime we roll, I guess we're all man enough to take this risk of change easily. :) But for those who would like an insurance, (Destiny and other PB figs), then there's always the unrestricted and the casual games to play where the new rule does not apply.
So in the end, we can all still be happy.
Don't get me wrong. I still gripe on the cons (just because they ARE cons) and do not see much sense at this point in time since they are only restricting a few figs in IC anyway (I think). But in the long run, it's clear that the pros outweigh the cons by a huge margin.
Of course, I can be wrong since I haven't seen the listing of MU. But the ones in the starter set seem to be ok since the ones they're replacing aren't figs that we usually use anyway. It's going to be the ones they don't reprint that may affect us in a negative way at the most. If more spending bothers collectors, always remember that it was your choice to buy in the first place. :)
(so.. will anyone actually be angry if FL didn't make the cut?) :grin: We don't use him as much since FCCF and NAAT anyway.
Just my 2 centavos. I don't really see having to lift "fingers" as NGPhil said about this minor issue that's supposed to be more good than bad.

Actually, to tell you the truth I personally was not affected by this "retirement" news. Meron pa namang unrestricted format diba? Parang wala lang. Ok. Basta for me it just means that clix is making enough money for them to justify the creation of more sets. Unfortunately this means retirement for some sets to keep the playing field level. I'm just happy that heroclix is not phasing out like overpower did.

Galactus, LE Surfer and LE Inv. Woman stats are now posted.
Inv. Woman is a pleasant surprise. Mahirap patayin. MAhirap din ma-heal though. hehe.
Surfer is also ok. Different from the Unique in the sense that he has less mobility. But 3 clicks of 16 defense and 4 damage and impervious!!! His attack and damage values peak in the middle and his regen is ow at the end of his dial. Very interesting.

Over 18 clicks of life (longer than a sentinel or sinestro with OVER HALF A DIAL OF INVULNERABILITY!
19 defense that only drops to a 17 then picks back up to 19 when he hits toughness
12 starting attack WITH PSYCHIC BLAST!
PULSE WAVE with a 16 RANGE!!! (translates to an 8 range radius)
and for 11 more clicks you get his "hungry" version which raises the bar even more. 6 more clicks of invul and 5 clicks of imperv. 20 DEFENSE! 14 ATTACK (So long 18 defend turtle teams)
oh and wait....is that exploit weakness that i see? :)
and his mighty version (for only 11 more clicks. bringing the grad total to 41 clicks of life!)
A FULL DIAL OF IMPERV! Meaning you need to deal with 16 clcks of impervious when going up against his strongest version. WITH A 21-20 defense at that!
a full dial of 8 damage with exploit weakness!!!
16-15 attack with psychic blast, pulse wave, and EE in equal amounts!
Hard to hit (even ultron with his 13 attack will have a little trouble hitting galactus) WITH damage reducing powers. A Dial that is chockful of powers that either get past damage reducing powers or ignore it completely. A damage value that is guaranteed to KO most figures with one shot. An attack value that surpasses even Thanos' 15. And range that makes it virtually impossible to hide.
ooooooooh.....
oh and before i forget, he also has the power cosmic TA. :P
Powers can't be outwitted and he can push without taking damage!!!

Hi Dstalkers_sw,
Welcome to the Realms.
Best tip that I can give you when creating teams? Practice. ;) :grin:
Also don't really focus too much on one style or one figure. Try different teams see what you're comfortable with. Most teams have a mix of one or two (sometimes three) main hitters, TK or flyers for transport (usually 1 tk and maybe 1 or 2 cheap flyers), and support (medics, probability control, outwit, perplex, etc).
Another tip that I can give you is that you should go to tournaments often (plugging ba? hehehe). If not to play at least you can watch and pick up tactics and meet other players who can help you out.

Re the retirement of sets,
tingin ko ok lang kasi newbies will be having a difficult time to look for older figs. Sa MTG, card game siya so yun mga sets na naretire, nakatambak nalang sa bahay unless magkaroon ng type 1 tourney unlike sa HCLIX na puwede namang idisplay or i-"vicky belo".

Bace, can the Big G pulse wave as many times as he can do ranged attacks?!? that should wear down even the strongest clix within his 8 range.

Galactus has no special rules concerning the way he uses his powers (except for the damage he deals using EE and PW). He can't use it 3 times because of his three lightning bolts (or three targets). This is because the number of targets that a figure has does not affect the number of times they can use pulse wave (same with Kang. He can't use Pulse wave 2 or 3 times because of his multi-targets).
He can however, use pulse wave three times because of his Cosmic Multi-attack ability (So if it's the Mighty version of Galactus, he'll be doing 9 damage in total to everyone within range). This is because with this he is making 3 ranged attacks.
He can't do it 9 times like you're implying (again) because the number of targets that a figure has does not affect the number of times they can use pulse wave (like the regular figures).
From the PAC:
PSYCHIC BLAST (optional): Give this character a ranged combat action. Damage dealt by this
attack may not be reduced by any power that reduces damage dealt.
OUTWIT (optional): Once during your turn, as a free action, this character may counter a power
on a target opposing character. Treat the target as if it does not have the countered power. That power
remains countered until the beginning of your next turn. This character must be within 10 squares of
the target and have a clear line of fire to the target. Instead of a power, you may choose to counter
an opposing flying character’s ability to soar; in this case, lower the soaring character to hovering
mode. If this character loses Outwit or is KOd, the countered power returns immediately.
Notice that the description of outwit specifically states that it counters a power. Nowhere does it state that for Psychic Blast and Exploit Weakness. While I do understand the position you're trying to make, it is bordering on rules lawyering already. :grin: Ignoring and countering are two different things.

What 1800 points worth of an army can stand up to 3 pulse waves dealing 3 damage each?!? BCF'ers will be turned to dust! Heavy hitters like Thor will be reduced to Banners/Don Blakes.
The only army I can think of is if we have a stealthed fig with Mystics and an army of Mary Jane pogs with the rule that Big G has to attack the Mary Janes. If I will join an army against Big G and I'll only have 1 fig, I'd use Moondragon. PsyBlast from 10 range, stay away from PW and chance supersensing his other ranged attacks. But hmm.. have to roll an 11 to hit.. yeesh... Maybe I'll just TK someone else instead. :)

Still wouldn't work. Like you said. He can move then pulse wave twice. ;) Also why use Moondragon when you have the E White Queen? Mind control, Psy Blast, Super Senses and a 10 attack to boot. Moondragon has an 8 attack when she gets her Psy Blast

White Queen has 8 range lang kasi so will need perplex to hit Big G "safely". By that, I mean out of pulse wave range so SS would still (hopefully) kick in.

the warcraft clix scenario:
-each players must choose a champion fig(parang hero sa warcraft), rookie muna dapat.
-each fig ko'ed is equal to the credit you get(parang gold yan sa warcraft, since walang gold mine)
-if your choosen hero ko's a fig, he/she receives experience pts, and credits.(only your hero can get experience).
-enough experience can promote your hero(ex. magneto r is 80pts, then ko's troia v, magneto can be now promoted to experienced.)
-each player must have his/her barracks/altar of heroes, must be placed at your starting position, bought figs will start there also.(pag bumili ka ng fig dyan cla mag-start.)

HB, immune si Galactus sa incap. Immune din sa Psychic Blast.
Big G Actually starts with PsyBlast in his 1800 pt form. He can blast Savage Hulk for 8 clicks of unanswered damage. Then blast another one (like Supes), then Multi-arrow both of them for 4 damage each. That's 12 clicks of sure damage to your two toughest fighters in one round. After hitting Galactus and if he gets to his PW clicks, then it's certain doom to whoever's left in the board. Move then double pulsewave. Everyone left standing will be in their critter clicks... then comes the death that is triple pulsewave. Game Over.
Now.. what could beat that? In scenario, Big G attacks after getting hit. So... is there actually time to raise enough barriers to shield the big hitter or does he get blasted right after he makes a successful attack? Hmmm.... Bace? Care to share some light?

GatX, that seems interesting. But what's the victory condition? What's the starting army point? If I start with my champ and you start with yours, then I'll have to beat you. Once I do, I get points but what do you do then? do you have other clix other than the champ?
How about your champ is already a vet, your others are rookies, and when you get to KO an opponent fig, you can use those points to pay for upgrading your rookie teammates? It'll probably be a slaughter since the first one to draw blood gains even more advantage. Hmm... still, an interesting scenario type.
Here's an idea... use clixgeddon rules. Then any clix fig that spends a turn on their own starting area will generate 5 points each round. You can use those points to "buy" new clix into play.
This way, it kinda reflects Warcraft a bit more. Either go out and rush attack the opponent with whatever force you have or use your forces to gather resources for more reinforcements.
A probable game would then be if one uses a few figs, he/she would rather do a "rush attack" against the one with many figs trying to buy points for more reinforcements.
How about that? :)

Unfortunately, I'll have to disagree. DC actually has about an even chance of taking the Big G. SOD Supes has by far the highest unaltered, sure damage that is available. Despero has PB and a high attack. Also in scenario games, Galactus is not totally immune to outwit and perplex. ;)

Unfortunately I don't think Sentinels and a ton of con artists would work. Simply because con artists will only need to be hit for one or two clicks before they're useless. And seeing how Galactus can hit multiple times in one turn, hehe...don't expet them to live for long.

But to tell you frankly, if you face galactus with out his scenarios.... there is a 90% chance of losing. The only hope of defeating him would be in scenarios where is not totally immune to outwit and perplex.

Another possible way to handle galactus, use an indoor map. Galactus will be using his first few attacks to destroy walls. At that point, get the first strike in na!

Sige HB, let's pool our heads together and try to come up with a team that can win against the Mighty Galactus. Let's join together with our DC brethren as we will need their strength as well. So far, they'll be first to have the Exp Wkns power and that should come in handy.
Excited lang ako to build a team that will pose a threat to the Big G.
So... let's count na... let's use your team as a base, then add in some powerfigs from DC... use an indoor map that willgive Big G the biggest inconvenience, and uh... most of all, hope the Big G player uses loaded dice that rolls two 1s most of the time. :p

Like I said, since when?
Please remember that Impervious is a damage reducing power. The roll and the damage reduction are not two separate parts. You can't have one without the other. Kaya nga mind control and incap ang panlaban sa mga may imperv. Wala silang saving roll against it kasi wala namang damage na i-reduce. Therefore Psy Blast and EW, since the descriptions specifically state that, "Damage dealt by this
attack may not be reduced by any power that reduces damage dealt", ignore Imperv completely. Walang saving throw yung imperv kasi the damage may not be reduced. Imperv is not like Super senses which evades the attack on a roll of a 5 or 6.
And before somebody else asks, hinde ito bagong ruling. Ganyan na yan since the new rules came out.

Scenario Galactus is not immune to PB. or EW for that matter. May dalawang klaseng version yan. I was talking mainly about the scenario version because seriously, magkakaroon ba tayo ng 1800pt. tourney? (Well...maybe kapag may galactus na ko...)

Bace, sana Philippines does get a Galactus, then hope Ultimates will include figs that are still unmade to complete the Secret Wars storyline. (like Wrecking Crew, Photon, Spider-Woman, Lizard) That should make a fantastic scenario play especially with Galactus. Galactus plays the scenario version here since he did not "join" the forces of evil as part of the force anyway.

1) Yes Pulse wave ignores all team abilities and powers. Mystiques/Cross Gen do not retaliate. FF members who are KO'd do not activate the FF team ability (I assume it's the same situation for Suicide Squad).
2) Requirements for barrier is that you need to have LOS to at least one square but all the barrier squares you put down should be within your range.
Tapos, puwede may magsabi kay Ramil na dito ko na lang linagay yung mga sagot sa tanong niya kagabi:
1) Scenario Galactus ignores the effects of the stealth power and Team Abilities that replicate this. So Kabuki and Batman Ally are useless against him. The Team Galactus does not ignore these abilities.
2) Galactus (in any form) does not ignore the Mystics/Crossgen TA.

I'm positive you know but I'll post it here anyway. The 18" and with 67 point articulation Spiderman figure is out in stores!
It sells for 1899.75 in SM Toy Kingdom. I bought mine in Greenhills for 1800 flat. Ubos pera ko but it really looks fantastic! It can be moved in most Spidey poses I know.
If you're gonna scrimp, get the normal versions. There's 4 types I guess. The major difference from the original Spidey movie fig is that the fingers have more articulation. Still nice nonetheless. But I didn't get any. I already got robbed with the 18" 67 pts of articulation one.
