HEY GUYS!
The Marvel Heroclix website just posted this weeks Critical Mass pics and its Moon Kn---....!
(Looks up at picture above)
Oh.
Well, let me just say "RIGHT ON!" that we finally got another cheap but useful Avenger! In fact, his Avenger version is a perfect point option for the R Black Panther.
Also, the sculpt looks a lot better than in the Essen pics.
He could've been worth more points but who cares?
MOON KNIGHT!!!!
A+++
Very nice, good to have a new Avenger too and a low point one at that.

Hey Skiman,
About a week ago someone posted photos from the essen convention in Germany they posted almost all of the photos of the new heroclix that are coming out in the next set;) The pictures looked sweet but as soon as wizkids got wind of the photos they asked for them to get pulled, and they got pulled
Hope this helps;)

And mysterio, please crawl back under your rock and die.
Thank you.
so to all those who were lucky enough to see the essen pics....

I'm hoping that they also gave him some leap/climb after stealth with super-strength. That would make him 7 points cheaper than Mac Gargan and an option for the good guys.
And, believe me, if you haven't had the opportunity to use a cheap leap-climb/super-strength fig yet, it makes a huge impact on the game, especially against those opponents who rely heavily on stealth. Its amazing what it can do even in a 200 pointer.
So, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we get the leap-climb/super-strength combo on good ol' 27pt. Exp. Avenger-teamed Moon Knight.

11/05/2003, 20:03
now i hate to bring disappointment, but it might not be just yet cause i don't know......here's what i don't know
is moon night really that cheap of a figure. i mean i've seen him in comics, i've always thought he was cool, but is he not that good of a character to be only 34 points tops? i mean that can't get him more than 5 clix of life and weak attack values. esp his rookie version. it's very playable to fit in a tight point army but i was really looking forward to moon night. i was hoping he'd be more of a force, but like i said i just don't know much about him, i guess he's a weaker support piece.

Hm, actually being a Moon Knight fan, this makes me rather sad. I feel like I'm getting another Cap all over again. He seems like he might be alright as a figure (it's entire possible that his stats won't be nice), but it doesn't feel like a good representation. I've been hoping for a 40-60 point Moon Knight for a while (look at what those points do over a Green Arrow or Deathstroke, or RE Taskmaster), but it looks like he might've gotten the shaft. I hope I'm wrong, I hope this is the best figure/ point value in the set, but as of right now, I've actually let my hopes fall.

Little guys rule!
Blue Beetle, Iceman, Hyde, R Skrull Agents... Low point games are great!
Moon Knight has been re-imaged and re-invented so many times, it's hard to really answer "what's his story?".
Quade was about right; try http://www.marveldirectory.com for more info.
I think in an alternate universe that didn't have Daredevil or Punisher comics, good ol' Moony could have been one of Marvel's biggest hits - and not just a cheap ripoff of the Caped Crusader... they just never gave him a chance! <choke!>
I mean, what's cooler than swinging in and clocking the baddie on the skullbone with a giant heavy solid gold ankh?

Let's see....messing w/ Retardog's calculator (using R Aquaman to guide off of):

27 Pts
Avenger TA
4 Range, 1 Arrow
Movement: 7/7/6/6/5/4
1st Click: Stealth OR Leap Climb...doesn't change the point cost
Attack: 9/8/7/6/5/5
1st and 2nd Click: Super Strength
Defense: 15/14/13/12/11/10
Damage: 3/2/2/1/1/1
Admittedly...I'm not a Moon Knight expert...and I just made some educated guesses based on other versions and such.
If he turns out anything like what I have above, I'll be pretty happy to add him to my Avenger's Roster

Deadpool91, when it comes to the Avengers we have got, they are pretty much all undercosted compared to other characters released with similiar comic-based powers. All, of course, except for ol' Shellhead and Thor who are through the roof. Personally, I think they should have done Moon Knight into at least the 50's on his veteran version. But, as I said in the above post, if he has leap/climb with super/strength and decent stats, he will be a bargain! Remember characters like Aquaman who are pretty great even on the rookie and for such a small cost. The Avengers do need lower cost characters so I'm happy, although I see Tigra fitting this point spectrum better.
Deadpool91
11/05/2003, 20:26
i agree vador, like i said it seems alittle low cost. i mean i'm gonna find myself playing moon night cause i think he's so cool. carry him around or maybe even letting him roam around with leap climb and then him not quite being able to do any real damage, kinda waiting the game out before he gets hit. because i can't imagine his dial being more than 5 clix of life. i just don't think he's gonna have enough firepower or able to hurt anyone with more than toughness. i was really looking forward to him being a good force on a fun team. he's such a cool character. look like he's gonna be a small time helper. or a average force in a small game. if they could have kept him true to comics without raising his powers much, but making him stronger, and in the 40-50pt range, i would have seen that as a bigger success. who knows maybe he'll be the most playable figure ever! i hope. i'm not even sure i'm making sense. oh well ;)

11/05/2003, 20:26
yay, another avenger to had 2 my collection!!! But he is kinda low in points, he porbably won't be too good. but still, YAY!!!

I completely agree. I would have loved a 40-60 pt Avenger. Give the Avengers the utility of GA or TM.
Oh well. I'll still take a 27 pt one.

I don't know, I think SonofVader may be right. It's too early to say but from the measily point costs, Moon Knight may be underpowered. :disappoin
I was never a Moon Knight fanboy, but the sculpt looks good and he seems very playable.
Thumbs up.
Red Gambit
11/05/2003, 20:29
Wow.
He's cool. I love the sculpt, and he's sounding like he's one of those inexpensive figures that just has its nice uses (Black Panther, Destiny, Invisible Girl, Human Torch).
YAY FOR MOON KNIGHT. His comics were really good, I used to read all of my uncle's.
Deadpool91
11/05/2003, 20:30
well i'll definetely use moon night. for his low points, i'd just hold him off in battle until at least middle rounds, give him a better chance. i mean you can move him all you want in/out, get away whatever, he's FREE. so he seems like a very playable piece. the experienced version will probably get most play seeing he has that free action, although without it on his vet version, they may have added appealing values like upped attack or better damage. we'll see, can't wait for critical mass!!!!!
SonofVader
11/05/2003, 20:48
Well, here's to hoping that, for some reason, one of my favorite characters becomes a team staple. If he starts with L/C and SS on the E, I'll certainly put him on all of my Avengers teams, but it's entirely possible that he gets stealth and SS together, then LC after he loses SS. I hope all three have 3 damage and Aquaman style stats, but that's wishful thinking. I can't wait to see the figure in person, though. Sculpt looks cool as all get out.
AdamWarlock
11/05/2003, 21:01
I'm not even a real Moon Knight fan or anything; never having read much with the character in it, but I had higher hopes for him. I was thinking he'd be more like Deathstroke from Dc (as a "poor man's Batman").
I was figuring his vet could have a nice assortment of powers (6 range; l/c, stealth, willpower, incapacitate, outwit, close combat expert) and top out at maybe 60 points. I'm sure he'll still be good for his points but the low cost definately shows that he'll come nowhere close to what I was hoping for. And I'm still dreading the alleged 61-point Adam Warlock... <cringe>
EvilGenius
11/05/2003, 21:01
For the guys who are worried about MK's low point cost, here are some examples of what he could be like, all calculated out with Retarddog's Point Formula. I think you'll agree that these configurations are far from useless. Of course, there's no telling what his dial will actually be like until we get the fig. But here are some possiblities ...
Rookie:
No Ranged Attack, No Team Ability
6/6/6/5/5/4. Stealth (1st), Leap/Climb (2nd -4th)
8/6/6/5/5/4
15/14/14/13/12/12, Willpower (1st and 2nd)
2/2/1/1/1/1
18 points.
Exp:
No Ranged Attack, Avengers Team Ability
8/7/6/5/5/4, Leap/Climb (1st - 3rd)
10/9/8/7/6/5, SuperStrength (1st - 3rd)
16/15/14/13/12/12, Willpower (1st and 2nd)
2/2/2/1/1/1
27pts.
So don't let your hopes fall too far, gents. We tend to forget that lower point figures can still have impressive stats and very useful abilites. Moonknight can still be an awesome low cost figure, and a good capable fighter, able to inflict serious clicks on your opponent. Which is something that the Avengers can really use. :)
WakandaMan
11/05/2003, 21:03
Looks great! I agree- he'll be one of those low point but USEFUL characters. Don't judge him by his cost- just look at the point costs of characters like Black Panther, R Invis Girl, etc.
Deadpool91- really I wouldn't expect Moon Knight to be able to take on an Invulnerable character anyways.
With Willpower, and hopefully some CCE, I'm sure he'll be very playable and lots of fun. Really looking forward to adding him to my street theme teams. Be cool to team him up with Panther, DD, Spidey, etc...
DreadDormammu
11/05/2003, 21:06
I really don't see Moon Knight having Willpower... odd choice. I mean, reading any given comic every hero could be said to have Willpower and Outwit. Those powers are for the heroes who excel in that arena.
Also, Moon Knight's damage should not be 3!!
FYI, I do like Moon Knight, I just see him as a fairly straightforward street-level hero.
AlaskanXIII
11/05/2003, 21:24
From the Essen photos, I know that the rookie has an 8 movement with stealth. The vet has 10 move with stealth, 9AV with incap. All three versions have 4range, 1 arrow. Take that into consideration.

With the new rules, a stealthed incapacitator with range is now even better. It sounds like he'll be a cheaper version of Black Widow on that first click.
I'm still holding out hope that maybe the exp. or vet. has some perplex somewhere on his dial. If that's the case, he'll come in real handy when the "Avenger's Assemble" call goes out and all reserve members (vet. version) answer the battle cry. The Avengers really need some perplex. So far, the only one I use as an Avenger that's close with the power is exp. Beast. So, perplex on Moon Knight in any of his versions would be great!
Oh please, oh please, oh please....

Cool he looks good and seems effective, I've always related moonknight to black panther, especially because they shared that cool story arc and they dress similar. And it looks like he has the same problem as black panther, effective but not up to par.
Rocket Ranger
11/05/2003, 22:00
With the exception of Iron Man of course, who I've never even seen the perplex on his dial. He either never goes down more than a click or two, or is blasted past all his lower clicks.
I'm just psyched that he's a low-cost Avenger with Willpower. Maybe now I might actually *use* their team ability. ;-)

For the points, it seems that he will have stats closly related to Robin only with some different powers.
I used to own a Marvel Team-Up with Moonie and the Thing. I think it is still at my mothers house in AZ. At least I still have moonknight issue #8.
In my opinion he should be good hopefully a lower AV and a higher Defense. His damage should never go over 2 also I wouldn't mind a Damage 1 w/ CCE.
Hopefully a good balance of Stealth and L/C
Skandranon
11/05/2003, 22:47
Bah, not much of an Egyptian God if he can't even muster more than 27 points. I wonder if his rookie will be like R Black Cat with willpower.
Hmm... despite usefulness and what not, I doubt I will ever use Moon Knight (he can date my Black Widow or, in a homosexual world, Vulture). Only comic I've read with him in it is the What If... Atlantis Attacks. And he was a lizard man killed by... I forget now. Moot point anyway. I don't know the character, so using him would seem hollow. I enjoy the game for the pieces that I know, and my favorite character was made....AS A UNIQUE I CAN'T GET.... Well, not cheaply, anyway... Stupid Clobberin' Time... Oh well. This set is still looking great and hosting some surprising people.
By the way, hello everyone. This is my first post, though I've been reading this site for a while now.
The Werle
11/05/2003, 23:18
Moonknight is perfect for what the avengers need. The 40-70 point range is just loaded with figures, and pretty much only Captain America and Wasp are the only good ones in said range. Moon Knight fills a crucial role in giving you a dirt cheap figure that can fit in a 200-300 point team.
I can see it now
V Hercules 83
V Captain America 62
V Wasp 36
E Black Widow
E Moon Knight 27
E Quicksilver 24
R Black Panther 27
Total 300
Main thing the team still needs is cheap/midlevel flyers. A Falcon would actually be great for the avengers, another affordable flyer is really needed.

Close, but not really a boy. He was a mercenary working a job in Egypt and his employer f-d him over, shot him up, and left him for dead near one of the tombs, or maybe he was thrown into the tomb. The artifact brought him back to life...it's a little vague as to whether he actually died and was resurrected or not.
I don't know, though, that's just back story, the REAL scoop is he was originally imagined as a werewolf-hunter, which was the coolest thing about him. He first appeared in Werewolf by Night, where he was hired by an evil cartel to kill the Werewolf. He was all bad arse with these silver crescent moon throwing stars that messed the werewolf up good. But then he figured out the cartel that hired him was evil, and he joined up with the werewolf to take them down. He became pals with the werewolf, and was always showing up to pull the werewolf out of trouble, you know, when demon-worshipers and guys like that were trying to capture the werewolf for their unholy rituals and what not. And when a full moon was coming the werewolf would show up at Moon Knight's door and Moon Knight would take him down into the basement and shackle him to a table and stand guard outside the door so when the werewolf transformed he couldn't go out and eat people and stuff.
That's when Moon Knight was the coolest IMHO...he was kind of a cross-genre character between superheroes and horror. I guess a bit like Blade in that respect, but I'm not that familiar with Blade.
He had this split-personality thing going, too, for a while. One of his personalities was Moon Knight, another was a New York Cabbie, another was the bad arse mercenary, and the last was a dillatante millionaire. A mercenary buddy of his, "Frenchie", drove a crescent-shaped helicopter that had cables perpetually dangling from it that Moon Knight would grab to get a lift. And Moon Knight had a very shaggable live-in girlfriend who kept angsting over all his personalities and stuff. Basically, she wanted him to dump all the personalities and just become the millionaire personality. Funny she didn't want him to become the cab driver...

actually bill4935 marveldirectory has nothing on ' The Knight'.
SgtHulka summed him up pretty good.

I recall when people where prediciting moon knight. they thought he would just be a cheap batman rip off (they thought the character was just a cheap batman rip off). it's great that his dial and versions are so diverse.
i just wish that he had some gold highlights like black panther (see pic http://marvelbook.topcities.com/jklm/moonnite.htm) and the 'mystics' logo on his chest. Anyho, love the Knight, glad to see him.

All I can say is this: I'm gonna take his sculpt, add Captain America's shield and Bron's or Ian Nottingham's sword from Indy and repaint him into the old-school Taskmaster:cool: I already have a modded-up old-school looking TM (I used a Doombot Body/Arms/Head and Cap's Legs/shield. [/B][/QUOTE]
Far as I know, it wasn't really a 'split personality,' but more just a series of false identities he used to get information for his superheroey deeds. Different IDs for different social strata to glean info. This guy's resourceful, and can act and can keep his IDs straight, as well as kick all sorts of ### as a superhero. That's some willpower there.
YAY MOON KNIGHT. My favorite in the set so far. Although Gunnery Sgt. Bruce Banner'll be a kicker, too.
Red Gambit

Moonknight's willpower makes total sense. He's one of those mystic fighter dudes, and so his powers depend on the lunar calendar and stuff. Plus, he's constantly out-manuevering and changing identities. So I think that willpower makes total sense. I estimate his attack values to start at 8 or 9 depending on the version, and then they'll drop. I'd also estimate his defense to be a 15, maybe 16 at best and then drop. Maybe 5 clicks, 6 on the veteran? It says "he's a sniper" so he must have decent range, 6-8 I bet. And low damage I'm guessing. Who knows, maybe CCE or Incapacitate, but it's our guess.
Has anyone seen his dial?
Check out this 100 point Avengers team.
E - Moon Knight 27
R - Black Panther 27
U - Wasp 44

Plus Wasp has leadership and she's a taxi with free move! Isn't that sweet?

Sweet!!! I've been a fan since my mom bought me this team up of Spider-man (who was and is my favorite) the punisher and Moon Knight!!!!
Spidey and moonknight had to keep punisher from killing everyone while they infiltrated this big crime headqaurters thing. I think they did it for shield, not sure though!
He also teamed up with spidey to face Hobgoblin in the moonknight books! Great 2 parter.
I read this other one where this deformed really strong guy claimed to be his brother.
That was a while ago so the details are miising!! LOL!!!
The sculpt is amazing, you see those nun-chucks!!!! He looks fun to play too. A great reserve peice to get in there and polish up the evil-doer scum!!!!
MoonKnight!!!!!!!!!!!!! Woooo-hooooo!!!!!
Keep in mind that according to Boneyard, there is also going to be an LE Marc Spector. The stats there should be good too, although I'm not expecting the LE to be in the Avengers.
BTW, I did some reading up on him and it also turns out that he is one of the few Jewish Super Heroes. Thought that was kinda cool too.
Awesome, another Avenger. Can't wait to play him.

I'm apparenty WAY in the minority, but I really don't like that sculpt...
The FIG on the other hand looks amazing! I'm excited to get my hands on him - he looks super playable.
Remember he's not an Egyptian God, but an avatar with some of Khonshu's powers. And yes, he's not schizo but has several identities which allow him to get info as a cabbie, influence and money as a billionaire, etc.
He wasn't uber-powerful, though, so I'm not sure that his low point total is that far off...willpower certainly makes sense, though. He was the kind of character who always fought through pain.
So sculpt aside, he looks as though he'll be one of the top figs in the set!
Cheers!

WakandaMan

Wow, I really hope the LE has Spidey team. Would make a lot of sense for him (Marvel Knights anyone?). Man this set looks GREAT.
Rocket Ranger
11/06/2003, 03:16
Ah yes, WakandaMan, Spidey Wildcard team would be perfect for the Marc Spector LE and go well with what they did to the Hawkeye, Black Widow and Yellow Jacket LE's from Clobberin' Time. Good call!
I'm personally glad we're getting more West Coast Avenger options. So far, here's my West Coast Avenger team:
-Hawkeye
-Iron Man
-Vision
-Scarlet Witch
-Thing
-Moon Knight
Now all we need is Mockingbird, Wonderman, USAgent, Spider Woman from Secret Wars and I can't remember who else.
Anyway, It'll be fun to have a friendly Coast vs. Coast Avenger battle when other members come out.

I like it. Not a big fan of Moon Knight, but I always dug the costume and the darts. I look forward to getting him, especially the cheap Avengers version.
He'll be useful, but the Avengers really need some cheaper fliers, b/c Wasp by herself isn't cutting it. And some TK as well. Not sure which characters would bring that power, but I don't want to hijack the thread.

Love the sculpt and like the low cost for the powers that he houses. Whether or not it's a true take on the comics is always open for fanboys and girls. Can't wait to field him with Daredevil, Spidey, Black Widow, and......wait, where's my Punisher and Cloak and Dagger..."patience young grasshopper", I know, I know.
Rocket Ranger-Tigra would be a must for the West Coast Avengers
DaveNappy-I'd love to see Falcon as a cheap flyer for the Avengers

Wish there was a Spidey team version.
Looks good, playable and a nice sculpt.
One thing though: STEALTH? He's dressed all in white! What's with that? I guess if there's a shootout at a hosptal laundry he'll be the man to call. Or maybe in the arctic?
Still, a handy looking figure.

Ah, yes, Tigra! Thanks Iceman425! I knew I was forgetting somebody and I just mentioned her in another post! This brain has a mind of its own!

Like it. Love it. Want more of it.
I like it.
Possibly a bit "chunky" as a fig, but awesome compared to Captain Mar-chin !
The 3 versions sound good too, with good attention payed to his comics history.
I tend to feel that the Vet should have Spidey Team - but he's so cheap at those points, I'm not realy complaining...
and yes, he certainly should have Stealth and Outwit !
All the Best

Moon Knight

Since I am over 30, does that make me the Experienced or Veteran version. Finally, MK!!!
Moon Knight looks good, and the dial sounds very useful for the Avengers, or a 100 pointer with Logan.

It is a great figure. Now then how long until someone sculpts him into a Taskmaster in original uniform, or something I'll try like the Ghost, the industrial villain of Iron Man.

He is the Batman of the Marvel Universe. I figured at least 50-60 on his V (or X-Men range). Looks cool though
I appreciate the thought that went into the r,e,v levels and espect to have some fun playing the different versions.
The sculpt is a little "chunky" as several have mentioned, and by that I simply mean that he appears to be modelled on someone who isn't breaking 5'10".
The Stealth aspect was one of those conceptual bits of verisimilitude we were asked to swallow when the character debuted all those years ago. As several have noted, he's in many ways the Batman of the Marvel U (though in terms of origin and mode there was a far more blatant Batman... inspiration in The Shroud, though they tried to bury that under mystic enhancements); as I generally mention whenever the character comes up, Doug Moench wrote all of his best Batman stories while working on MoonKnight.
Beyond all that, this sort of character (like Daredevil, and Elektra, among too many others) reminds me how much I sometimes wish Marvel had a TA like Batman's. Whenever I see Stealth on the dial of a fairly close combat figure it always feels like such a trade-off. Stealth is bought at the expense of mobility, whereas a Batman Ally has the Stealth built-in, so if he has Leap-Climb he can make use of his full movement as he comes and goes over hindering terrain.

Man! Leave work on time last night and miss this!
Moon Knight is one of my favorite characters. This point spread will work out perfectly with my own 57 point mod! :)
I'm wondering if the E Version might have some Regenerate. At this point in his career, he would get stronger when the moon came out. The battle is waging on, Moonie takes some lumps, darkness falls and the moon comes out, Moonknight gets stronger with Regen. Just a thought.
I would feel more confident if his point cost was a bit higher, but if Ian Nottingham, Robin, and a bunch of Indy figs have tought me anything, it's that good things can come in small (point) packages. I can't wait to get my hands on this fig, and see what his dail is all about...
I'm pumped!

I think he looks chunky because his thighs are way out of proportion. Must be all that running. :cheeky:

I found his pose a bit borring, as I am with alot of the sculpts from the sets. There are always a few good ones, but you figure they could be a bit more interesting. I've seen customs of some of these figures done and some of the customs look awesome. I figured with moon knight they'd have a more mysterious looking pose. Maybe it's just me. Later
Moon Knight is one of the few "Must haves" for me from Critical Mass.
It's great to see him made as a figure and it's great that WK didn't forget that he was an Avenger. I look forward to using him on an Avengers team.

I think they modelled him off of the later issues of the second monthly series of Moon Knight, which is a shame. I prefer the older, mysterious, flowing cape and cowl Moon Knight of Bill Seinkowicz. There was a darkness to the art that really reinforced Moon Knight's past as a merc (and the questionable things he may have done) and visually reminded the reader that there was a difference between him and the other squeaky clean heroes.
I am so glad they didn't use the Fist of Khonshu image. The gold jewelry was too much. The West Coast Avengers run was okay, at best, but seemed a bit cartoonish at times (the whole series suffered from this in spots). What they should have done was to put Moon Knight in a mystical based series. Deep shadows, lots of supernatural bad stuff to deal with. I thought they might have had something when Shroud asks him to join the Night Shift. They could have really had a hit on their hands, what with the popularity of White Wolf's Vampire/Werewolf/etc. Of course, they would have had to have better writing that the WW stuff and not treat MK as the poor cousin. I always wondered what Walt Simonson could do with Moon Knight. All in all, Marvel Knights is an acceptable return for Moon Knight.
I hate Moon Knight. I've always hated Moon Knight. I don't read Moon Knight. I've never picked up a single Moon Knight comic. I wouldn't pick up a Moon Knight comic even if it was the only comic published. I think the character is stupid. And, I think the costume is even stupider.
That said, I think this is a cool figure and I want one ... set. At least. :)

Wow. Moon Knight. I'm actually psyched about this minor character.
Batman and Captain America have always been tied for 2nd place as my favorite heroes.
With MK, I'm imagining a HeroClix throw down, with Bats and Nightwing and Robin and Batgirl on one side, Cap, Hawkeye, Black Panther and Moon Knight on the other.
I'm gonna have me some fun.
Ian notthingham always gets killed in my armies....he's good for tie up though. Except the one game where he killed.......Ian Nottingham. I based him, he missed, I didn't.

For Avengers TK, Justice would also fit the bill quite nicely. I'd like to see him and Firestar get into the game as well. Most likely unaffiliated in Rookie, Spider-Man team in Experienced (for lack of New Warriors team), and Avengers for Vet.
I've never really been interested in the Moonknight character comics-wise, but I think it's a pretty cool sculpt. Now Warbird is the one I'm looking forward to!:)
anyone else think that he looks like a recycled black panther figure, painted white?
the sculpt and points look pretty good though.

D'OH!!! Of course Justice!!! Man, it seems like ages ago since we last saw Justice in the Avengers monthly. Wizkids needs to make Justice for the express purpose of getting some TK onto the Avengers team.
Ok, is it too early to wonder which clix will be previewed next?
C'mon Ronan the Accuser!!!
everyone forgets quasar......theres your TK avenger fellas.....too expensive though.
i was expecting 70pts as well but I think it was an excellent decision to make him low costed. now only if there was a 15pt thanos lol....shin.......set up the skrull mod!!!!!!!!

All I can say is great sculpt !
I already liked him when I saw him (games/spectacles-sort of Con Eindhoven, where they ALSO showed the whole set CM) past weekend.
and he seems VERY usefull for his point-cost (come on the Avengers needed another low-point fig).
He will work nicely on any Spiderman-based team !
If the LE-version would have Spidey-TA that would be cool !!

<Moondragon would've if they had given her a team ability (either Avengers or Defenders would've been with me).>
Moondragon didn't have TK until she obtained the Mind Gem. That was long after her stint with either of those teams.
I've been looking forward to fielding a WCA team. The one from the late 80s is shaping up nicely, and Moon Knight is exactly how many points I would have wanted.
Hawkeye V 64
Iron Man E 161
Moon Knight E 27
Vision U 112
Scarlet Witch E 27
400 pts
You could throw in Ant Man for Dr. Pym
Still missing:
Mockingbird
Wonder Man
Tigra

Maybe, but so did Mar-vell, Warlock(came back), Magik, Terrax(came back), Nova, Elektra(came back), and others, I'm sure. It just goes to prove a long-standing point...Nobody stays dead in Marvel.

Mar-Vell totally stayed dead, also Gwen Stacy and her father, as well as the Original Baron Zemo. on the other hand you forgot thanos and deadpool for characters that have come back.
Too true! I did forget Thanos. I don't read Dudpool, so I didn't know about him. I think I also forgot Aunt May and Jean Grey/Phoenix, who came back.
As to Marvell and Zemo, you are sort-of right. They had sons written to replace them, so the names carry on. I guess the writers had some creativity, not to use the "It only looked like I died" line every time.lol

Tupac? JFK? C'mon know we all know it's Jerry Garcia, and Jimi Hendrix. JFK definitely lost a head, and Tupac is releasing too much stuff to be dead.
I thought I'd add a post to ol' Moony here to keep him even with Dormamu (sic) when I noticed someone posted he was DEAD! When did it happen? In Marvel Knights? No, not me, I mean Moon Knight. MK came back in Thunderbolts 25, I think. It was just a cameo, but he is alive again. Maybe that's a super-power of his, too. Just when the copyright is going to expire....BANG! He's back to life again! Anyway, I look forward to putting this goober to good use when my case arrives. Oh, only 20 days to go.......
