2. You will "withdraw your troops".
3. No members of the Villain Clan will interfere with the JSA Clan or it's allies.
4. In turn, we will not interfere with you

well in some wierd thing my master in the villian clan has been retired. SO it seems that i own the villian clan and the hero clan! Well this thread will be officially closed and all participints please join the Villian clan. Thank you! Because if all of u do this. The villian clan may be bigger than the X-men clan!(Why the heck am i using exc. points.)
