multiple attacks question

If Morgan Le Fay had her damage perplexed up to, say, 6 damage, and she wanted to do a multi-target attack against 3 targets, can she split up this new perplexed damage total of 6 between the 3 targets any way the player wants?

Yep, the person can split it up any way they want to.

No. The arrows are not a combat value (so to speak). The things that can be perplexed are:

Range
Attack
Defense
Damage
Movement
