Ranged Combat while b2b on object

Hey, just ran into this situation in a game, and could use some help, please!

The layout is as follows:

W=White Queen, M=R Moloid, E=E Moloid, K=Kraven

Kraven is in stealth on an object, and based by E Moloid. Can Kraven Outwit White Queen, or is LOS/LOF blocked? Also, Kraven is based by the E Moloid, can Kraven make a ranged combat action at White Queen?

I'm not sure how being on an object plays into all of this.

It looks like the E Moloid is blocking line of fire regardless of any stealth involved, so no ranged combat and no outwit.

Also, if the E Moloid is an opposing figure, Kraven would not be able to make a ranged attack anyway, since he is tied up by the Moloid.

The object does not enter into any of this. If provides hindering terrain (useful if Kraven still has stealth) but does not affect his ability to see anything.

The rules for what Kraven can do don't change whether he's on an object or not. Being on an object affects los to Kraven from other characters but doesn't affect his actions.
