There really is no set scale for HeroClix, but I've been using a scale of 1"-4'. So, a 1.5" square is 6'. This is all based on the height of the figures (which most are roughly 6' tall, or slightly less).

roughly... 1/40th. I'll play with the math & we'll see.
I have been using 1 heroclix map inch = 6 real world feet. I got this from measuring the figures. Most of the male characters are roughly 6' tall and their clix is roughly 1" tall.
